Beau Soleil is a gorgeous house in the heart of the prestigious neighborhood of Destin Pointe. With large balconies that have a view of the East Pass complete with outdoor living area and an observation deck up a spiral staircase, outside is where you'll spend the majority of your time at Beau Soleil, however, tons of southern charm can be found inside this home. An open floor plan makes up the third level and cathedral ceilings open up the living room for a spacious feel. Seating for eight surrounds gorgeous built-ins that house an entertainment system and French doors on the north and south ends of this floor allow natural light to flow throughout the space. A cozy, farmhouse kitchen with charming shiplap ceilings and high-end appliances, including a Thermador four burner gas stove with griddle, can be found as well as bar seating for three. The kitchen balcony offers a table and chairs for al fresco dining or a lovely place for enjoying a morning coffee and more formal dining is available nearby with seating for six. Additionally, one queen bedroom is offered on this level and includes its own private bath.

Three bedrooms are available on the second floor. A primary king bedroom includes a private bathroom with a large, jetted tub, and is attached to a large private balcony with swing and a view of the sugar white sand dunes. Also with a private balcony and bathroom, a queen bedroom is available. Finally, a bunk room with a full/full/full bunk is perfect for the kids and singles of the group. This room comes complete with a private bathroom as well.

Garage and driveway parking is available on the first level for up to three cars.
