Our group had high expectations for this villa based on the many rave reviews, and while there were certainly positives, our overall experience did not fully align with what we anticipated.To start on a positive note, communication prior to landing in St. Lucia and upon check-in on the first day was excellent. The property manager gave us a full tour of the grounds, helped us settle in, and even took us to the market, which was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, after that initial day, the level of attentiveness noticeably declined.Throughout our stay, some of our planned agenda items needed help due to unexpected changes. We had hoped to rely on the property managerâs local knowledge to help problem-solve and provide guidance, but instead found ourselves needing to conduct our own in depth research and find solutions independently. This diminished the sense of ease and support we expected during our time at the villa.The property itself has much to offer, but the guest experience could be greatly improved with more consistent communication and proactive support from management.
