To reach the townhome, guests must descend a stairway from the parking lot to the lower section of the condo cluster. The climb back up is approximately 35 steps.
HOA Agreement Requirement-
At least 72 hours prior to the start of your reservation, a completed and executed Home Ownerâs Association agreement is required. By signing the agreement, guests agree to follow all HOA rules and regulations. This is required by both the town and the HOA.

Guests have access to the home and to the Village at Camelback clubhouse and amenities as outlined above.

We are a husband and wife team and this is our first rental home. Our family very much enjoyed our vacations in this slope side development, and we jumped at the opportunity to purchase a beautiful unit where you can walk to the slopes.

The panoramic views from this home are amazing and it is very close to the center of attractions in the Poconos. Positioned approximately 100 yards from a Camelback ski trail, it is ideal for a ski vacation.
