Wonderful location between Downtown & Whitefish Mountain, and about a mile from Whitefish Lake. Short walk to the grocery store, breweries, and restaurants! Communal clubhouse with pool (summer), hot tub, fire pit, gym, game room, and conference room. The home provides an 869 sq ft open floor plan, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and cozy seating. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, a fully equipped kitchen, an island with stools, and a patio Grill!

The inviting living room offers a sofa that converts into a Queen-size sleeper if needed. The kitchen is well equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you will need to prepare a meal. It also includes a slow cooker to make meal prep a breeze while enjoying the area's amenities. Grill out on the patio while enjoying the view of Whitefish Mountain. The Master Suite has a King-size bed, a spacious closet, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite full bath. The bathroom is a gorgeous 5-piece bath with a large tub, stand-up tile shower, double vanity, and a separate room for the toilet. The upstairs loft bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The upstairs also features a full walk-out deck where you can relax, gather, and take in those beautiful Whitefish summer sunsets with friends, family, and beverages. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your laundry needs! The property comes with a covered parking spot and a lockable storage closet in the carport area for your skis and bikes. Additional parking is available as well!

It'll be hard to leave this luxurious condominium but when you're ready to venture out, you are just walking distance to several neighborhood bars and restaurants and the Alpine Market; Downtown Whitefish shops and theaters; and Whitefish Lake and beach. During the winter, world-class skiing at a family-friendly resort beckons while in the summer you'll be afforded access to spectacular hiking, biking, and a host of other activities available at Whitefish Mountain Resort and beyond. You're also close to many local destinations including Glacier National Park and numerous lakes, rivers, state parks, hiking, cross-country skiing trailheads, and Whitefish's world-famous trail system.

PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking:
1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park.
2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket.
3. PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING
4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00am) and after they close for the day (3:00pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket.
5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park.

* PLEASE NOTE: THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED IN WINTER - THE HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND. The clubhouse swimming pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day*

* Glacier Park International Airport is only about 20 minutes from Whitefish, Montana so getting here is easy, see GI airport website for shuttles and rental cars!

* No smoking, vaping, pets, or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the property which include but are not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and sporting events, or weddings.

* Please use the Clubhouse respectfully and responsibly.

* No parties may be hosted by guests at the Clubhouse. Rules are posted inside.

* The home has a keyless entry. There is covered parking for one vehicle. There is also more parking at the clubhouse.

* The City of Whitefish Resort Taxes: There is a resort tax in the City of Whitefish which will be added to the nightly pricing.

3. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include an $89 Damage Policy paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
3.1. PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance, see booking for information on how to purchase.

4. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals, receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guest must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

5. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.

Home away from home
All the comforts of home. Clean and I am super picky. Tv does not have a lot of choices so plan on signing into your nexflix, Hulu acct,etc. 30 minute drive to glacier entrance, easy ride. Saw deer daily in whitefish. Safeway is a mile away for groceries. This next comment is only what I experienced and I cannot tell what anyone is thinking. While Glacier is a tourist destination one should expect all types of people however whitefish is 98% white so the owner of the Company Tom was asking my husband many probing questions as to why he was there but once I came outside to help with luggage his line of questioning changed to more helpful than questioning. My husband and I locked eyes when I came outside since we knew how he made my husband feel, which is like he did not belong in a more upscale place. This is 2023 and when you rent a unit you should be open to whomever rents it. I would stay there for location and cleanliness but would not stay there for diversity reasons. Possibly the owner of the company needs a better poker face.
