Please note: The condominium dock will be under construction beginning April 27, 2026 for approximately 30 days; dock access will be unavailable and daytime construction noise is expected.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire 2200 sqft waterfront penthouse! This includes four private bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a fun loft area. Guests have access to the oversized rear balcony for sunrise views and a private front balcony for sunset enjoyment. Take a dip in the communal pool, utilize the BBQ grills, and enjoy the tiki bar. Boat owners can take advantage of the included boat slip, fish cleaning station, and ice machine. Free parking is available on-site, and entry is secured via keyless entry. You're also a short walk or bike ride from Duval Street and other downtown Key West attractions.

Getting Around:

Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.



Other Things to Note:

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)

Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).



During this time:

• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable

• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours

• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks

• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina



This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.



By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.





⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. The base rate covers up to 10 registered guests. Guests #11 and above incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.



🐾 PETS

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.



🚗 PARKING

Free on-site parking is guaranteed for two vehicles, which may include a golf cart if rented.



🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)

Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.



👤 AGE REQUIREMENT

All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.



🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER

Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.



Interaction with Guests:

I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

The unit looked quite different than the online advertising. Very rundown, heavy mold mildew smell and obvious old water damage in several areas. Dishes had not been washed so we wound up having to run the dishwasher before we could eat off of them. The price was outrageous for what we walked into. Very disappointing and I hope to save the next person from my family’s experience.

Condo was acceptable. Accuracy of listing was not accurate. Stated that minor construction was being done by HOA. It was NOT minor construction. Difficulties accessing the parking area on some days. Pool for closed for two days of six days stay. The elevator did not work the entire stay except for the first day. We were on the fourth floor and two of us had a lot of difficulties with stairs. The master bathroom tub had mold that had been covered with grout which was gross and broken master bathroom cabinet. Based on these issues, I felt that we should receive restitution but they would not discuss it. Also stated that there was a boat dock but didn't advise of the fee of $80 to launch your boat. No place to put trailer and had to rent a spot.
