Joe's Place is waiting for your arrival. This condo is special. Updated and loved by it's owner. Sleeps up six guests. Bedroom one has a comfortable king size bed. Bedroom two has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a TV in them. Sleep sofa in the living area for a couple of guests. Updated bath includes heated floor. This is a nice addition on those cold winter mornings or nights. Well equipped and organized kitchen for all of your meal preps. Rental ski locker available on a lower level. Come to see all that Sunday River has to offer. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great on mountain location for ski on ski off. Loved Joe's wall art and the rental has everything you need. Rental company was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at Joes place located at Sunday river. Check in was not until 4:00 PM and we had someone on out group who was not skiing. We were able to connect with cleaners who let us know it was ready earlier and much appreciated. The place was very clean, heated bathrooms floor was a plus and easy ski in and ski out near southridge express lift. The outdoor pool was relaxing and very warm. The only complaint was that it was hard to identify which building we were in. Northpeak condos has 3 buildings and there are no signs to identify which building we were in. A sign be helpful.

Perfect Location

This cozy unit had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to Sunday River. From the full kitchen to the heated bathroom floors to the location right on the trail, it was great! We had a question and the owners were kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Just perfect

Perfect size and location for where we were going every day, which was driving around leaf pepping! Very nice place to stay with all the necessary items needed for cooking, bath and bedding. Quite place , which was great after a long day! Definitely would rent here again!

Perfect Gem Slopeside!!

Cozy place, beautiful memories made. Skiing right onto the mountain is worth it's weight in gold. The registration book was so cool to flip through and see the people from all walks of life who've graced this lovely condo. Thank you for having this spot which created so many core memories for our two girls - 7 and 3 years old.

Great ski in ski out location!

Wonderful and cozy! Great location to ski in and ski out. We are all new to skiing (from Florida!)and after a day on the bunny slopes we were able to navigate ridge run so we could ski in and out. The condo is well stocked and super comfortable. Love the fireplace and heated floors. Over 3ft of snow in 24 hours and the roads were constantly plowed. Thanks for hosting us on this magical trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was really well stocked, and very comfortable. It was the perfect spot to rest our legs after a long day on the hill. The vibe was homey - not so fancy that you're afraid to touch anything, but with all amenities you might possibly want. I normally don't like pools, but we all ended up swimming and enjoying ourselves after discovering that it was really warm. Overall, it was an amazing spot. We booked well in advance (~5 months) with another family, so we were sad when we got bumped to a different building with just a few days until our trip. However, the other family was pretty envious of the comforts of "our" room compared to theirs. Upon arrival, we had a bit of trouble finding the lockbox, but Gary (building manager?) encountered us struggling and was able to get us sorted. The pool key was initially missing, but Louise got one to us in a heartbeat.I with that our countries are on friendlier terms, so that I could look forward to our next visit. I hope there's a next time!

The unit was not very clean and very dark in every room-lighting was terrible. Master bedroom sheets were pilled and one of the twin beds in the other room was uncomfortable. The toilet was so low to the ground-it seemed to be designed for young kids. The building had a funky smell to it, especially in the basement where the skiis were stored. It was a bummer we could only park one car in the lot when there was plenty of empty spaces. For what we paid for the week, we expected the unit to be much cleaner and updated! That being said, we had a great time skiing and it was very nice being able to ski in/ski out. Definited would not stay in that unit again.

This review comes as a surprise, as this unit is consistently one of our guests’ favorites. Each unit is thoroughly inspected for cleanliness and supplies prior to arrival, and we are always happy to address any concerns promptly when guests communicate with us. In this case, we did not receive any messages or replies during the stay. Regarding parking, the one‑car‑per‑unit policy is an association rule. It is clearly stated in the listing and reiterated in our pre‑arrival information. We must follow these guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and owners. Future guests can feel confident that if any issues arise, we will address them quickly and professionally. At the same time, community rules will continue to be upheld for everyone’s wellbeing.
