Tucked away in Bonner-West Riverside, this cozy and rustic cabin will surely make your stay memorable for it offers a scenic view of the Blackfoot River. Take in the sunset or sunrise from our gazebo and hammock and capture an Instagram-worthy riverscape. This elegant and spacious cabin has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that are equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for your outdoor adventures such as a small bar area, a game table for poker night, and classic books to read.

Summertime is the ideal time to visit the neighboring fishing spots like Marco Flats and Weigh Station, which are just 3 minutes drive away. You can catch bass, whitefish, and perch in these rivers, though trout is the most often caught species. For a top experience, come equipped with a strong rod and plenty of bait.

Grab a couple of locally brewed tasty beers at the famous KettleHouse Brewing Co. which is just 5 minutes away and right beside is the KettleHouse Amphitheater which holds numerous concerts.

Book your reservation today to experience a home away from home with the convenience of having a TV, WiFi, and a washer/dryer on site. You can also bring one adorable pet for an additional fee of $100. Off-street parking is available as there is no access to the garage.

This is a dreamy spot just outside of busy Missoula. We stayed here during a business trip and as soon as you pull in the driveway, the stress just melted away. The serene sound of the rushing Blackfoot river just outside the doors led to the most amazing nights of sleep I’d had since I was a teenager. They have thought of everything, so just show up and you’ll be amazed. Love. Love. Love. We extended our stay by a week because it was heavenly. We will book again!

This cabin or full-sized home is a wonderful spot for a family getaway or a work retreat. We used it for both, and the first week was dedicated to work. It was such a great experience that we decided to stay an extra week after the staff left. The place has everything you could need, unlike some rentals that only provide minimal supplies like just enough toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent for a few days. We’re definitely coming back and also love the similar rental next door on the same property, which we plan to book as well! 3 10/10 – Truly AMAZING!

What a magical weekend by the riverside!

We rented this home for our son’s graduation from UM and it was simply perfect. An incredible, quiet hideaway by the Blackfoot river, yet still close to town and the campus. We had plenty of room for kids, two sets of grandparents, and the dog - and we didn’t want to leave!

Weekend on the Blackfoot

The property is absolutely wonderful. Plenty of space and privacy right on the river. Check in was a little bumpy but it was resolved quickly.The wifi was not consistent which was fine by me but if you were trying to do some work while staying, don’t count on it. It’s a great place to escape for a bit!

Montana Family

This was a great place to stay for us to meet up with our family that lives down the Blackfoot River. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck each afternoon and evening by the river. It was easy to grill and have suppers together. It is conveniently located near Bonner and a quick trip to Missoula. Communication with property manager was quick and easy.

Beautiful property location and great house. Property management company could do a better job ensuring everything in the house is in working order and a smoother check-in process. The company's check-in instructions stated the door code would be the last four-digits of my phone number. That was not the case, which caused delay during check-in as we had to contact the property management company. Experienced some plumbing issues in both downstairs bathrooms. The property management company was responsive in trying to rectify the issue.

Great location , river access

My family loved this place. It's only 15 minutes from town, but you feel completely secluded. I didn't even know we had neighbors. There is plenty of room for families with two seating areas and 4 bedrooms. You can't beat being directly on the river. My kids and I swam, and fished every day. I would definitely recommend this place. Just don't expect any cell service until you get out on the road. They do however have internet so you can stay as connected as you want.

Some good and some bad

Nice location, grounds well kept, and with a little TLC could be a really nice place to stay. Information about the property needs to be updated -- it has AC but not too effective, thermostat requires battery, system guide would be handy. Bathrooms toiletries not topped off, some dispensers empty. Kitchen trash bin area disgusting, but kitchen well stocked. NEEDS TLC!

House is amazing - The property management team has NO clue what they are doing. House is out of range of any cell service and wifi went out first day. The management companies response to this was horrible. I booked this place because it had wifi ( I had to work and stay in communication with sick family member ) So yeah.. House is amazing but if any thing goes wrong... Forget about it. They are not going to help you. Owners need to find somebody else to help run this place.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We understand your frustration and we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the internet issue during your stay. Our team always strives to provide the best service possible, but in this case, upon your arrival at the property, you made an early check-in request, which we, unfortunately, had to decline as our cleaners had not yet arrived onsite. However, you proceeded to enter the property anyway. Additionally, you informed our cleaners that their services were not required, which hindered us from conducting a proper cleaning and inspection of the home. If we had been able to inspect the property thoroughly, we might have detected and addressed the internet issue earlier. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a $100 compensation for the internet issue, as we value your satisfaction and aim to make amends for any shortcomings in our service. Since the 3rd party Hughes-Net technical services was not able to restore services in a timely manner, we have committed to upgrading the system to Starlink.

D&D Weekend Retreat

My friends and I were searching for a quiet, comfortable place with many rooms where we could meet and play games for the weekend. This place was ideal. It had all the amenities - even a magnifying glass which we suddenly realized we needed! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook a nice meal. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked great the entire time. There was a large table we could use to spread out and comfortable couches to lounge on. The beds were very plush. It was warm and cozy inside. On the second day, a stunning blue jay appeared in stark contrast to the wintry landscape. He hopped up to visit and demanded we share bread with him. The view from the house was calming and beautiful. Though it was cold and snowy out, we even saw intrepid fishermen rafting down the Blackfoot. I'd highly recommend this place for a large group who want to hang out together in a place that feels like home. In warmer weather, it would be very relaxing to sit in the gazebo and dip your toes in the river. But it's a perfect place for friends to gather together and spend quality time.

I felt like I had come ‘home’ from the moment I pulled up in front of this gracious but cozy cabin. Its setting on the edge of the Blackfoot River is incomparable, as are the furnishings and appointments in every room of this sprawling masterpiece. My grandchildren ran through the huge yard surrounded by pines and we all had our feet in the river moments after arriving. Grownups may have napped in the hammock ? It was a heavenly home and property and the most thoroughly well- stocked rental I have ever enjoyed. I wanted to read every book, snuggle under every blanket and listen for the noises of every wild animal neighbor. We were so sorry to leave and hope we can return someday. THANK YOU

Plum Property Management mandates that all licensed employees must complete a mandatory 40-hour pre-licensing course and an annual 16 hours of continuing education annually to stay abreast of all changing state laws and regulations. We follow all laws and rules set forth by the Montana Board of Realty Regulation.
