Our Polana Shopping apartment is situated in recent building, where you can have the comfort for shopping at the ground floor of the building.
The Polana Shopping I is composed by two bedrooms, two bathroom, open kitchen, living area, balcony and private parking.
The apartment is located on a high floor in Polana Shopping building, situated on the cross of 24 de Julho Avenue and Julius Nyerere Avenue.
In the living area you will encounter a sofa and one armchair, a Smart TV with 65'' and a dinning table that seats 6.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, silverware and cooking ware. All sets are composed of 6 units.
Parking spot is on the underground of the building.
