The Space:

This villa sits on over 50 acres of private land surrounded by state forest, about 18 minutes from both Bloomington and Nashville, Indiana. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a king master with en-suite bathroom and desk, and three queen bedrooms. There are 2.5 bathrooms total, including double vanities in both full baths.



The main floor is open-concept: living room with leather seating and a Smart TV behind barn doors, a kitchen island with seating for five, and a dining area that opens directly to the pergola and yard. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee station.



Downstairs is where this property separates itself. There is a second living area with a powered reclining sectional, a second Smart TV, and a Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. Two desks with office chairs are set up for remote work. The gym has dumbbells, a cable machine, a lifting rack with bench, and resistance bands.



Outside, the pergola has a covered dining table and a BBQ grill. The fire pit has surrounding seating. The lawn is wide open and private — you will not see neighbors. Pets are welcome.
