we enjoyed our stay but house does have some maintenance issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE realize the house is a rental property but feel could use upgrading the sink in kitchen stained from pass renters cabinets needto be painted. however the kitchen was well stocked with equippemnt deck had looseporch rails.

Family and Friends Yearly October Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good vacation experience with some negative weather issues as well as issues with the rental. Started with door code not working and trying to contact Landmark to help while trying to protect delivered groceries that were delivered and left outside. Then leak in bathroom faucet that required a plumber visit and another day for new faucet to be delivered and installed. Followed by missing fridge door shelves that had to be ordered and delivered another day. The main floor sliding door to the beach side deck was fogged completely on one side and could not see through at all. Then the coffee maker quit working and they did not have a replacement. The another door code issue requiring calls for new code. Then dryer stopped working and needed a repair man to clean out exhaust vent.

Great location, perfect for large group

This house was awesome! More than enough space for a large group of friends. Easy access to the beach, and great views from the balconies. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Communication was amazing and fast. We were given all the information we needed for our check-in and checkout process in advance which made the process very easy. We travel during the anniversary of the loss of our son. This rental provided us with everything we needed and made this difficult time free from any additional stress.

Perfect Couples Weekend

Our friend group stayed here and had a perfect weekend. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed having their own space as well as large common areas. Beach access was easy, the view was uninterrupted, amenities were great. Truly a perfect stay. We appreciated prompt communication and easy check in/check out, too.

Perfect house for our family weekend getaway for my husband's 50th birthday. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed every minute of being there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Finder Keepers is a perfect house for my family of 18. This was our third time vacationing in this house. We really enjoyed all the improvements made in the last year!! It is convenient to everything. As with all rentals we did have a few minor issues. The refrigerator freezer only made crushed ice. The master bathroom toilet bowl did not fill with enough water, and the dryer took forever to dry clothes and damaged some of them. Would highly recommend this house and the management company is very responsive.

Weather was a little cool when we visited near the end of October, so we didn’t get in the ocean much, but the water was beautiful and we come here to hear the waves and see the sunrises, so it wasn’t a big problem. We love Topsail and I was very impressed with the management company!!

Excellent location!

My family and I loved our stay at Finders Keepers! The house was a great fit for all of us who were able to come. After staying in a busier area in 2022, it was awesome being in a residential non crazy busy area! We loved everything about the house, and working with Landmark! It was smooth sailing even before we arrived for our stay! We would definitely book through Landmark again.

Luxurious Family Getaway

March Break

We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and great for the 4 families we had which included 5 teenage boys. Being right on the beach was pretty magical. When we arrived there were ants in the kitchen but the response time was quick for someone to pop over with a solution.

Beachfront Beauty

Everything about this property hit the nail right on the head. Stunning oceanfront location. Saw dolphins swimming every day. The elevator was an enormous help, otherwise its quite the workout going from ground floor to the top floor! The rental management company bent over backwards to help us and were wonderful. We stayed in early December and it was beautiful. I can only imagine what it is like in the warmer months.

30th Annual Girls Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a great location, layout, and amenities. It just needs a good, deep clean over the whole house, and some new kitchen items. New sheet pans, a new toaster, new coffee pot, etc. Those things just get worn out and dirty with frequent use. No one's fault, just the nature of vacation rentals. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and we already have a reservation with Landmark again for next year.

The layout inside is really nice with great seating options and plenty of space. Family getaway

We have rented many homes ocean front property in Topsail over 15 years. This home was not the best. The first floor living area including kitchen was run down. Couches stained and worn, kitchen cookware was lacking quality and cabinets inside needed a good cleaning and organizing. The main dining table and chairs needed a deep cleaning and paint. The porch off the kitchen needed a deep cleaning, the outdoor furniture needed to be refreshed with paint. However the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Since the majority of the time besides the beach is spent in the kitchen and porch I recommend some updates! Great vacation and Topsail beaches and area is amazing!

Beautiful Oceanfront Property

The property is well maintained, and the owner has recently replaced the sliding glass doors. Fun game room! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with no crowded beaches this time off the year. Many nice local restaurants nearby such as Ricks Sports Bar, Em R Wings, and Baked Pizza Company, Riverview Cafe and may more. Our Landmark contact, Alana, was very responsive to all our needs. Our only disappointment was the cleaning staff did not arrive until the 4 pm check in time and the prior renters did not have the courtesy to take out the trash. However, Landmark Realty came and addressed the trash issue for us.
