We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house was updated, clean, and had beautiful views with lovely outdoor living spaces. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Our extended family had an amazing time at this cabin. The view is spectacular! So much thought has been put into every detail throughout the cabin and there's so much space for everyone. We hope to return!

The property manager was the best I’ve dealt with by far. Not a thing out of place, communication was a 10/10. Everything was better than expected, cleanliness, accuracy, communication, all perfect.

The cabin is truly amazing. It is really beautiful. We traveled with our two grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. We all agreed it was one of our best vacations, ever. The cabin is not only beautiful, but was clean and comfortable, with lots of amenities. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on three floors, so we could spread out. There was plenty of hot water (that’s impressive for my group) . We played golf, rode horses, went bowling, kayaking, hiked, went fishing and went through an escape room (we became BigFoots lunch, we did not escape). We ate out some and cooked some. There are lots of board games, so we played games at night. We all put down our phones for the week, except for directions. The hosts were very accommodating and check in and out were so easy. The kitchen is all you need and very well furnished. We have rented a lot of homes through VRBO. This was my favorite and we can’t wait to go back.

Great Family Getaway!

The hosts were amazing and super attentive and you could tell they put love into their home and treat you as their guests instead of just renters when you’re there. Beautiful scenery and very secluded, would definitely go back!

This cabin was absolutely incredible for our group of 9. The kitchen and living spaces were huge and so nice for cooking and relaxing. They have 2 true Master Bedrooms and the Bathrooms were like walking into a spa. The kids really enjoyed the game room (especially the air hockey table. But my favorite part of the cabin was the outdoor patio with the bed swing, hot tub and incredible unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I’ve stayed in many cabins in Tennessee and Oklahoma but never had a view quite like this. Also the host Tom did a great job communicating with me before and throughout the trip. We highly recommend the Barkada cabin and can’t wait to visit again. Shane

Family Trip

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful cabin. The perfect place for a large group. Cabin was very clean and well appointed. Loved the 3 king size beds which is hard to find. Kitchen has everything you need for making meals. Great host!

Amazing VRBO

We have used VRBO a lot in the past several years and this is, by far, the very best VRBO we have had. Very communicative owners, extremely clean, nicely appointed and within a stone's through of everything you might need. A very high-end accommodation and will stay there again~!

Breathtaking!

This property is a wonderful place to stay! More than enough room for our extended family. The downstairs game room is so fun! The kitchen has anything you could ever need. But most of all, the view is absolutely gorgeous! We will stay here again!

Majestic views

We really loved our stay and the owners did a wonderful job with decorating and the small details: greeting card, wine and coffee beans, small appliances, kitchen utensils. We were amazed with all the little details provided. The house was immaculate and the mountain views from the main room, back deck, and hot tub is beyond what we expected.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful cabin, spectacular views and exceptionally well furnished. Kids enjoyed all the games and toys downstairs and the adults loved rhe covered patio with fireplace and tv. Not a single thing that we needed that wasn’t at the house. We’ve been to Blue Ridge several times and this is the first time we spent more time at cabin than anywhere else. Was also great that the owners had every switch, device, etc labeled to make it very easy to operate anything in the house. We will definitely be back. Have probably rented 30-40 places around the world on VRBO and this is definitely top 3.

Beautiful mountain stay

Nine of us stayed in this beautiful cabin. Ages 5 -61. We loved it. You can beat the wrap around deck an the views! The rental was clean and comfortable for all with something for everyone. Little touches like Echo devices were appreciated. Hosts were wonderful. Only negative was the last part of road up had washed out spaces that made for a bumpy ride up that the kids loved. One morning we even had 8 deer behind the deck. Peaceful and yet 15 minutes from shopping and dining.

Family Vacation

Amazing views! Great house. Definitely thought of all the small details. Enjoyed the outdoor areas. Cooked all evening meals with stocked kitchen and grill. Owners very responsive and informative. House is remote which makes the mountain views picturesque. Just note a dirt road with steep hills and holes especially when raining if driving a car.

EXCELLENT!!

We’ve stayed in several cabins the last few years for family vacations. Our stays have been in Seiverville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Blue Ridge. By far, hands down, best cabin and hosts ever!! Beautifully appointed cabin and it doesn’t feel like a rental. The hosts thought of everything you might need away from your home. The cabin speaks volumes itself, but the host treat you like family. We’ve never experienced that before. We will be back!!

Perfect in every way!

Barkada Cabin is simply ... stunning! From the moment you walk into the soaring great room with the giant windows looking out at the Blue Ridge mountains you know you're in someplace special. This cabin has everything you could ever want in a mountain vacation rental -- and I mean everything. All weekend we kept saying, "And they even thought of (fill in the blank)." And it's just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, so the location is also perfect. I could go on an on about all the cool features of Barkada but suffice it to say: This is the perfect mountain vacation rental. Look no further.

Thanksgiving

The house was not ready when we arrived @ 4:00, but the cleaning staff allowed us to come in and put our cold groceries away & unpack our belongings in the master bedroom that was cleaned. They apologized several times and the owner messaged us and apologized. We were completely fine with the delay as we arrived first to the property. The house is absolutely beautiful and the owners have thought of every detail. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving there and will definitely return to explore more of the area. We appreciate the owners prompt response to questions.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

My family and I are very familiar with VRBO-type rentals, having used several over the last 15+ years. We are also very familiar with the VRBOs in Blue Ridge, having vacationed there via VRBO properties over the last 13 years. Specifically, we've stayed in 6 different cabins. This cabin and host are by far the best we've EVER experienced. The property is outstanding - not a single detail is overlooked. The communication with the owner was beyond anything I've ever experienced. The kitchen is stocked with excellent dishes and cookware. They even generously stock the toilet paper. if you're looking for a cabin in Blue Ridge, look no further - THIS IS IT!

A Dream Cabin

Tom and Juvi’s cabin is like a dream. We wanted a place to relax and spend time with our four college aged kids, and this cabin offered us so many creative spaces to make memories. The hot tub overlooked the mountains- where we watched unbelievable sunsets. The kitchen was amazing. It was spacious, well equipped and we spent time cooking- we had no desire to leave to eat out. The beds were beyond comfortable and the showers were Amazing! There were walking trails and lakes to fish close by to the cabin. Every corner has thoughtful attention to detail- from the throw blankets by the fire places, numerous board games and an arcade. The house was super clean and private and our hosts were super responsive and friendly. You and your family will be so happy and pleased at the Barkada Cabin.

The hosts… communicative, friendly, responsive! The drive up… well-maintained, asphalt and gravel roads. No scary twists and turns. Just an easy country drive not far from the main roads Location… if you love nature, mountainous views, fresh clean air .. Barkada is for you! Gorgeous breathtaking views and crisp fresh air are plentiful The home… not a single detail left out. Everything we could ever think to need is provided. Order some groceries to be delivered and there’s no reason to leave this private oasis. Our visit was short and sweet. We had such a great stay and will certainly be back! Where luxury meets comfort!! 5 stars plus is our rating only because we can’t rate it higher!!!

Perfect Blue Ridge Cabin

We recently stayed at Blue Ridge Mountain Cabin for a family reunion, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.
