Great getaway!

Loved the house--plenty roomy for a girls' getaway, very nicely furnished, good location. Homeowner is warm, welcoming, accomodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy Interstate access to Lauritzen Gardens, Henry Doorly Zoo, College World Series, shopping, etc.

Extremely beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was plenty big enough for the 5 of us (5 more could have stayed comfortably). Beds were very comfortable, house was clean, with towels and linens on the beds. Linda was a pleasure to talk to and work with, she answered all my questions promptly. Shopping, food, and entertainment within a few miles in any direction. A++ experience.

Awesome Property!

Our stay was fantastic! This home was super clean, spacious and located in a wonderful neighborhood. There was a total of 6 of us in the house. This home allowed us to spend quality time together in the open concept kitchen and family room. Just as importantly it was spacious enough allowing us to get away and have quiet time. The location was a plus. It was easy to get to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. Next time we're in town this will be our go to home away from home. I highly recommend this home.

Better than imagined

We’ll never stay at a hotel while visiting Omaha again! This home was perfection from start to finish. Clean, spacious, good location, more economical then a hotel, friendly owner,all the amenities of a home. My only desire would be a bigger deck to accommodate the entire family. But that’s tiny con compared to the many outstanding pros. Highly recommend! Next time my entire family can visit Omaha again we will definitely rent this home.

This is the One!

This property is great for large families/group. It is exactly as pictured, clean and nicely decorated. The layout with all bedrooms upstairs is perfect for gatherings with lots of seating areas on main floor. Linda, the owner, was quick to respond to questions/requests and was flexible with check-in/check-out times to accommodate our schedule, to include providing a pack and play for our toddler and after our departure, searched for our missing memory card (with wedding photos!) and mailed it to us. It is within minutes of Walmart/Target for groceries and other restaurants/shopping and the airport, downtown area and zoo are a short drive. Highly recommend this property

Great Getaway for a Family

Linda's home was just perfect for our family, which included a toddler. Check-in was easy and the home was clean and neat, with all the needed equipment to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. Our toddler loved all the doors in the home that he could open and close. We cooked 3 meals there and all the equipment we needed was in the kitchen. I loved the back deck and spent my mornings there. We spent most of our time at the Zoo and enjoyed this, though there were crowds. We also enjoyed being in the Old Market area of town and ate at a Spaghetti restaurant there. Check out was super easy as Linda employed a cleaning company, so very little to do except pack. We were given all the information we needed and had numbers to contact if we needed something. I would recommend this as a family getaway.

Omaha Goodness

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids under 5) needed a place to gather for the Christmas holiday. This house was a great location. There's lots of room to stretch out. Two living rooms (3 if you count the partially unfinished basement) meant there was always somewhere to sit and chat. There's even a nice conversation nook upstairs. Master bedroom is very large and inviting, and the other bedrooms were nicely furnished. Only suggestion we might give is perhaps turn the basement into a game room with pool or ping pong, etc. since a 3rd living area is redundant. The only problem we ran into was a problem with the outlets. Several did not work.

Accommodating

We were working in Omaha for a week. The house was in close proximity to our job. Linda was very flexible and easy to get ahold of if needed. The nightly rate was a little spendy, but the house and location served all of our needs.

Everything we needed..and clean

We stayed at this property with two other families for the Omaha Slumpbuster tournament. It was a good location, only 1 mile from one of the parks we played at! Close to some restaurants, Walmart...as well. There were plenty of towels for the group. The washer and dryer were nice to clean up the uniforms. There was also a charcoal grill we used to cook steaks one night.

Great, big, family friendly house and amazing host!

Linda and Maxine are amazing to work with. We were there for a special circumstance and she was so understanding and accommodating! We asked a million questions and never once did she seem mad or annoyed! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! The house was clean and super spacious which made it nice for when all 7 of us were in the house! Rooms with big closets and 3 bathrooms! Thank you for having us! You made such a stressful time so much easier for us!

Comfortable Home

This home was scrupulously clean! The house was comfortably arranged with plenty of room for our large group to eat, visit, and sleep. We were toasty warm and had ample hot water even though it was below zero outside. There were enough dishes and towels for our group too.

Spacious, clean home - Highly Recommend.

We were lucky enough to snag this home over the Thanksgiving holiday for a family wedding in Omaha. The nine foot ceilings and basement, lovely furniture - SO much better than a hotel! They had a pack n play for our baby, and the kitchen was equipped with the necessities. Linda did a great job communicating also.

Comfortable home, nicely decorated!

Linda was very easy to work with and the location was great. The house was clean, neat and nicely decorated. There was a ton of room and the beds were perfect. It would have been great to have soap for the bathrooms and showers but I would highly recommend this home if traveling to Omaha.

Perfect!!!

The perfect house for our mini vacation to CWS and our sons highschool baseball tournament! Linda was very helpful and communicative in all aspects of information needed!! We had plenty of room for 8 adults!! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The house was in good shape. There was plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 young kids. The layout of the living areas was a little odd. Two small rooms but we made it work. I would go back.

I purchased this vacation rental in this location because it is centrally located in a nice new area. About a 10 minute drive from the airport. Close to the interstate for easy access to anywhere in Omaha. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and movie theater, etc.
