Welcome to our sunlight-embraced apartment! We offer a comfortable, satisfaction-guaranteed stay right in the Boston Downtown Crossing! Our beautiful historical stone building is located in a pedestrian shopping zone across the street from Macy's and many department stores. Roche Bro's grocery, Starbucks, Caffe Nero, George Howell, Gypsy Place, restaurants, Crossing Food Court, and CVS, are all within 3 minutes' walking distance! Between the financial district, Chinatown, the Boston Common, and various revolutionary-era landmarks like Freedom Trail, Old State House, Old South Meeting House, King's Chapel, etc. peppered throughout the city. Downtown Crossing is also the ideal commuting location, as it’s close to South Station and numerous other subway stations. It’ll be easy to get to any location in the Boston area from here without the need for a car or Uber!

The building has an intercom system which allows a full, self-check-in experience. Two brand-new elevators guarantee easy access to the unit. We offer a big discount for a longer stay and complimentary house cleaning every 5 days if the reservation is more than 10 days.

Please no pets. I have a severe allergy to fur, hay, and dust, which can result in severe reactions upon exposure.

Parking is hard to find and expensive for a major city such as Boston. Please check out a website called ‘Spot Hero’ or download ‘BestParking’ App to find the most updated options and prices! It's usually cheaper if you make reservations online.
Please be aware there is potential city noise.

The Property has security cameras placed in the public hallways by BM and homeowners. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. Great location, well placed

We stayed for 3 nights to discover Boston. The accommodation is located in a pedestrian street, very central and close to the metropolitan train. The rooms are great and spacious enough for a group of 6, up to 8. The apartment was clean and ready to use. The owner is really responsive and paying attention to the quality of our stay. We really appreciate the time spent in Boston to discover the downtown and its historic places from there. Now regarding the furnitures and appliances available, as we came from a road trip with comparison with other places, we can rate it honestly only with a 4-star. To reach grade, a better TV that is not freezing in the middle of each show in the living room and better mattress in the 2 main bedrooms would be great. An electric boiler would achieve the mark. Currently the price is a bit dear in regard of these comments to reach the premium level that this place deserves. Be also aware that the 2 main bedrooms are on the street side of the flat, on the 5th floor. No noise from the street but only the loud noise of the fan air conditioning system of the superstore building that is on the other side of the street. Sensitive sleeper must knows this detail. But this is inerrant to big cities.

Super place with a Super Owner

First, the owner Amy was amazing. When arranging when our people would arrive, the plans we told her ended up being almost the exact opposite of what happened due to travel delays. Amy handled this with ease and took care of things so well it really turned what had been a stressful day for me into a really relaxing and successful one. Her help was invaluable. The space is as advertised, but I think it feels bigger than it shows in the pictures. We used the apartment as a meeting place prior to dinnerr, and it easily commodated 7 people in a social situation. We had four spending the night, all comfortably, and could have easily housed 2 more with no decrease in comfort. The unit was extremely usable, with kitchen and washing ammenities for those who may be more inclined to eat in. There is also plenty of seating to gather with friends or family. The location is great. The neighborhood is safe, there is shopping close by and access to several T lines with in 200 feet of the front door. I do think that this place would also be perfect for a family who is looking to experience the history of Boston.. I do not think you can go wrong booking with this owner or in this unit. The next time I come to town, Amy is going to be the first place a look to make a reservation. IN a world where everythng seems to be needlessly difficult, Amy goes out of her way to make things as easy and enjoyable as possible.

5 stars all around for this Boston gem!

From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I'd made the perfect choice for my Boston stay. This VRBO near the Common is an absolute delight - sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with a cozy charm, and ideally located for exploring the city. Public transportation is practically at your doorstep, making it a breeze to hop on and off the T or grab a quick Uber. And speaking of convenience, you're surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops - no need to go far for a delicious meal or some retail therapy. But the true highlight of my stay was Amy, the owner. She's a gem herself! Incredibly helpful and responsive, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt welcome. From local recommendations and restaurant tips to quick replies to any questions I had, Amy's communication was top-notch. I truly felt like I was staying in a friend's place, not just a rental. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming home base for your Boston adventure, look no further! From the outside, it looks like it’s all modern skyscrapers, but once you’re in it, you’ll start to notice historic brick buildings like Old State Hall mixed in.
