*PLEASE NOTE: POOL HEAT IT SET TO 88 DEGREES & it is not guaranteed to reach this temp at all times, especially when overnight lows go below 60 degrees consistently. Additionally, when the overnight temperatures reach below 60 consistently, the pool heater will NOT be in use (usually winter months, including, but not limited to, November, December, January & February).

The primary bedroom suite is large and consists of a custom tiled shower, with upgraded vanity and cabinets. This King Size bedroom has a separate walk-in closet with custom built-ins.
The two additional bedrooms offer queen size accommodations for family & friends. All bedrooms equipped with Large 55 - 65 inch Roku Smart TVs.

Additional sitting room to the right of the entry with ample room for family game night! Can also be used for additional sleeping space on the Full-Size Pull-Out Couch.

One bedroom provides a desk with lamp for those that may need to work via laptop during your stay.

There are two full bathrooms including a walk-in shower that is attached to the Main Bedroom

Don’t forget about the previously mentioned sitting/living room to the right of the entry for family game nights!

A lovely screened in porch that includes a 4-seat outdoor dining table. The extended screened in pool area consists of ample seating around a propane fire pit, loungers, and a propane BBQ grill. Now with NEW added HOTTUB!

We provide ample pool/beach gear, buggy, towels, toys etc.!
