Relax in luxury at Seaside Vista! You can't get any closer to the ocean than here. This completely renovated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor condominium sleeps eight. Feel the stress disappear with unlimited ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom. Watch the dolphins frolic from the extended oceanside balcony while you sip your morning coffee.

Our guests love Seaside Vista! We strive to make our condo one our guests will love, and ask them to make any suggestions for added conveniences. Every detail at Seaside Vista has been designed to make YOU, our guests, feel comfortable and pampered. From the all-new paint, furniture and appliances to a fully-furnished kitchen to the reserved parking area with a lockable storage area under the building, you will not be disappointed.

You will have free use of all of the Ocean Dunes amenities including 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and spa, sauna, fitness center, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and a playground for the children. Even better, the recreation center is directly across the street from Seaside Vista.

All this is just 1.5 miles from the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, and 1 mile from Fort Fisher and the NC aquarium. Historic Downtown Wilmington is a 30-minute drive and Southport is a short ferry crossing away.

Relaxing stay

This property was excellent. Everything was so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in and cook when we didn't want to go out. Bath towels and wash clothes provided as well as dish and hand soap. We were right on the beach and the deck was so inviting with room to eat and relax outside

Perfect vacation getaway

We had a great time on Kure Beach! Place was clean and had everything we needed plus that view!!! Can’t beat that. Communication was great. Beds were very comfortable. We loved our morning walks down the beach toward the pier watching the sunrise! Stopping at Happy Hippies Java Hut for coffee then sitting on the swings that are on the board walk and walking the pier.. It was so nice! Thank you for this perfect place for us to stay!! We hope to come back again soon!

Peaceful Getaway

We all enjoyed our stay at Seaside Vista. It is RIGHT on the ocean and the view from the balcony is incredible. You do not need to leave the strip of road as there are SO many places to eat! It is very quiet and not crowded here at all.....very laid back. The condo itself has plenty of space and has been kept up well! I definitely want to return!

The property was wonderfully located in a nice quiet neighborhood at the end of the island. Weather was beautiful so the all around a great little getaway! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Great location. Older building with very nice amenities inside the condo. We were disappointed that the downstairs neighbors smoked a lot but not something our owner could control - they were wonderful. Very comfortable furniture. Clean, convenient and very, very cute!

Beautiful Stay!

Lovely property! You definitely cannot get any closer to the water. Laying in bed at night it looks like you are on a cruise ship, so relaxing! The hosts were great at communicating with me,espically when we were under a tropical storm warning and I was concerned about where to park vehicles and if we needed to leave or not. We loved this property and hopefully can return next year!

As someone who likes to cook while on vacation, the unit was lacking in proper pots and pans.

The unit was completely renovated and had the best oceanfront views that I could have hoped for. Other than proper cooking utensils and the guest bathroom facet being old and hard to regulate, my stay was awesome.

Just what we needed

My sister and I wanted a get away after our mom passed away that she would love, and since she was a nature/beach lover, we wanted a place that was serene and quiet, not like the beaches we usually go to. This place was perfect. The condo was cute but the location was amazing. Kure Beach is beautiful and serene, sparsely populated during our trip and the beach was picture perfect. We got to see dolphins throughout our stay and enjoyed the balcony view more than anything. We will for sure be back.

Great trip to Kure Beach! View from the balcony is amazing. Condo is as advertised in the photos and description. I’ve never had such a short walk to the beach. Having private, covered parking was a real added bonus. Only utilized two of the pools…the outdoor one by the rec center and the indoor pool in the rec center. Both were clean, have enough seating and were an easy walk from the condo. Communication with the owner was stellar. Not only quick to respond but very proactive as well. Great family trip!

Great condo and location for families with kids

Our family of 4 (two boys ages 6 and 10) stayed here for 3 nights over winter break. The oceanfront condo and furnishings were the perfect spot us. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable, not squeaky and cheap. The bath towels were plush, not the thin/rough kind that you often get at beach rentals. And nothing beats enjoying the sunrise on quality adirondack chairs. This was our first time staying at Ocean Dunes, which is a decent sized condominium. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that this condo is directly across the street from the recreation center with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness facility, and playground. The beach access was also right there. The hosts were extremely communicative leading up to our trip and throughout the entire stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Kure Beach.

Our 2nd year here... Absolutely perfect.

I second every other 5 star review... so there is no need for me to go on and on about how NICE and UPDATED this property is... not to mention the VIEW!! But here is our family’s experience ON TOP of all that... I can’t find a single flaw with this property. Like... not a single one... I even challenged my wife to find a flaw... she thought for a bit and said “it needs an elevator”, lol Seriously, the location and view for our family of 4 (and then a 5th when my mother joined us the second half of the week) is absolutely unmatched for what we are looking for. Family friendly beach front property with pool access... add to that the fantastic updated condo itself and it was a no-brained to stay here again this year. The owners clearly take massive pride in this rental... the amount of small thoughtful things that were there is astounding... from a welcome basket, to tide-pods (which we replaced at the end... we did a LOT of laundry and don’t know if they expected us to use almost all their supply :-)) to brochures for ferry-times and things to do, to board games, STOCKED Kuerig cups (and even a second coffee maker in case you don’t want to use a Kuerig.... AND they had filters for that one too!!) to box fans kept in the back of closets for each bedroom for people like us who like the noise of a fan to sleep, enough beach stuff available like chairs and beach toys where you wouldn’t even have to bring your own, and a stack of family/kids DVDs And then, the most unexpected of small things... my wife and i were going out in a date just the two of us (grandma was watching our kids)... I had washed my ‘good’ shirt and it was wrinkled... this place had a iron and an ironing board!!!! Like... what owner thinks to put an iron and an ironing board in a condo??? One that takes pride in their property, that’s who!! The amount of thought and compassion that went into this property truly makes it feel like home and my family will be making a yearly summer beach trip to this location for years to come!!

We have stayed in several other oceans dunes properties. This one was great for us because it had the perfect amount of beds and plenty of seating. The owners were super responsive and very easy to work with!

Great spot!

Unit was clean and well stocked, everything was in good working condition and the home was very comfortable. Location was quiet and beach was not crowded, across the street is the indoor pool and hot tub. We had a fantastic time and loved everyday we spent here.
