This spacious home with modern updates sets this place apart from your run-of-the-mill Airbnb experience. The Hendrix House will allow you to escape on your next trip through Lubbock. This house features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a fully stocked and updated kitchen dining room large living room and huge backyard with plenty of patio seating. Dogs are allowed on this property, but we ask to limit it to a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 non-refunable pet fee. If the host or owner discovers there are more than 2 dogs, I will enforce a $125 non-refundable Pet Fee Per Dog.
The first bedroom contains a King size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and a shared bathroom in the hallway with private entrance from the bedroom as well. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms have been fully remodeled. You will love the tiled showers and modern design. The living room features plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 55-inch Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Spacious and open with plenty of countertop space a large, attached island and modern lighting will make you want to take this kitchen home with you. The backyard is fully fenced with patio seating available to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. **Due to the massive issue we've had with people throwing house parties in our homes in Lubbock you will be fined an additional $500 plus any damages if it is discovered this has happened. ** All areas of the house are available to guests including the single car garage. My interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay I live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. Emily is always available by text or phone call. She prides herself on her quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app to call or text her for any communication. E-mail does work, but will result in a much slower response time. Let her know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do! Emily is your local host for this Airbnb and Tyler is the homeowner. All communication will take place with Emily. Please do not contact the owner. Hendrix House is in a very safe well-established neighborhood located south of Texas Tech University. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 5 blocks away) dining and entertainment. Our house is a straight 3â5-minute shot to the SW corner of TTU campus.
