This open floor plan includes a well stocked kitchenette and dining seating for 4. The lovely living area provides a flat screen TV with a pull out queen size futon for additional sleeping. The downstairs en-suite (via exterior access only) apartment offers a plush queen size bed and full bathroom. On the second floor are two guest bedrooms; each with queen size beds; and a flat screen TV. There is ample outdoor seating and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy a brisk walk on the private beach walkover or enjoy the AMAZING Ocean Views right off the private deck. Great place and comfortable

This was the second time we've stayed at this property. It smelled clean as soon as we walked in, bed linens were clean, and overall everything is comfortable without issues. We stayed a whole week and the only issue we had was a little bit of water coming in the master patio doors when there was a torrential rain from storm off of the Gulf and horizontal rains... but other than that, it was perfect. Pool is great, walk to the beach is short, quiet neighborhood but quick drive to Port A for restaurants, pizza is deliverable, and there is enough seating at table and living for a family of 6. We'll see y'all again next year.

Nice trip but house needs TLC

This was our first vacay to Port Aransas, and we were pleasantly pleased with the town and beaches. The house was a 4 minute walk to the beach which was perfect and beach was great for boogie boarding with shallow walk out and nice, small waves. We have stayed in 10+ other beach towns and this property (and mgmt co.) was the most disappointing. The house needs some TLC from homeowners (vanity mirrors cracked, minimal deck furniture, low water pressure, shower floor falling in-master bathroom, time to throw futon away; super musty and dehumidifiers had no instructions but easy to figure out if you look up). Property management company also seems lacking in involvement. (One towel per person provided, with only a few washcloths, sheets seemed dirty. One replacement trash bag, no dishwasher pods, etc.) When we tried to contact property mgmt company, they were hard to reach and office was closed 3 times when we went by in normal operating hours. We enjoyed our stay, but for the money, felt a little disappointed with what was provided.

Great Location to Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience, great location with good access to the beach. The property was in good condition, clean and the kitchen was well equipped.There was an intermittent power/breaker problem that affected several lights and the main heater. The power issue was not resolved even after a maintenance technician was dispatched. The water pressure for all showers/bathroom faucets was very low and the refrigerator took 36 hrs to cool down to a temp that would provide cooling for food.

Aside from a small episode with sugar ants in the kitchen, which we were able to contain with some ant killer which we found in the a/c closet, everything else was very nice. We were also expecting to have a good view of the ocean, which we didn’t , but still enjoyed the outdoor patios.

Furniture and tables upstairs we had to wipe down due to handprints and smudges on my able, trash from previous tenants was greeting us when we arrived, we had to dispose. Ac water from condensation downstairs leaks into a bucket, beautiful unit just needs some TLC from owners.

Had a blast!

We were disappointed that you couldn't see the beach even though it said "beach front" on the description. But the boardwalk was a nice short walk to the beach so it wasn't a huge deal. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location indicated on description of rental was a little misleading. Although it wasn’t a long walk we had to cut through another smaller gated property to access beach. The pool was dirty and extremely small. The space was adequate but upstairs unit smelled very musty. The downstairs unit was a little musty but had de humidifier to help.

Not close enough to the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find the property not located near enough to the beach...we were led to believe it was directly on the beach. Also, we had to buy batteries for the remotes, the heaters weren't working properly and it was cold, and the fireplace wasn't working at all. Other than that, the house was comfortable enough. Probably a better stay during warmer months.

Our annual beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great unit overall as far as location and general layout. It comfortably slept our group of 7. However, the downstairs room has a dripping AC inside that was collecting water in a trashcan and it smelled like mold. There was a dehumidifier that helped but had to be emptied about 3x/day. And there was no Wi-Fi . We called the property management right when we got there as instructed on the paperwork. They did not understand the Wi-Fi situation and ignored the dripping AC. They put us on hold and never got back to us during our 4 day stay. Also no pot for the coffee maker we used a pan instead.

Easy walk to beach and pool, little ones had no problem! I was disappointed in cleaning crew that failed in their preparations for our arrival, which required phone calls and maintenance people coming to villa to fix. Everyone was pleasant and responsive but all should have been taken care of before we arrived!

Lovely long weekend stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely- very up to date and comfortable. All modern amenities without feeling stuffy. It was spotless and well stocked. There were some items that didn't work but Silver Sands team was awesome. They were there within 15 minutes of calling. There wasn't any access to the garage where we assume the trash cans and grill were and initially we couldn't get into the main floor. You could see the water but it was only a peek and it wasn't visible if you were sitting. You have to drive to the boardwalk so truthfully, the beach is neither viewable nor accessible by walking. That was very disappointing because the picture would lead you to believe the boardwalk is actually connected to the property and its not. It is across a field which is not passable. We had a wonderful time, great service although very disappointed with the actual location in regards to the beach.
