- Outdoor shower with enclosure for a quick rinse after a day at the beach.
- Gas grill available for barbecuing.
- Private pool with a fence, heating available at additional cost.
- Newly renovated kitchen equipped with a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
- Second-floor balcony to enjoy the sea views.
- Enjoy streaming with Hulu + Live on every TV.
- Handy built-in desk in the secluded corner of the primary suite.
- Upper primary suite deck with mini bar and fridge.

- Parking space for 3-4 vehicles; boats are not permitted.
- House entry secured with a lockbox.
