Newly redecorated gorgeous condo is located directly on beautiful North Clearwater Beach! Unit is located on the 2nd level (1st level is parking) with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Sleeps 6 with the trundle & the pull-out couch. WiFi included, Smart TV's, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Just bring yourselves and you are ready to go! Fully equipped full-sized kitchen with enough supplies to get you started.

There is a Washer & Dryer included in unit. Check-out is 10am. One Free parking spot included per unit. (additional guest parking permitted upon request) There is a pack n' play & a highchair for little ones. BEING ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS IS A MUST- THERE IS NO ELEVATOR THERE. Beach supplies & towels are there to use.

Located on the North (quiet) end of the World Famous Clearwater Beach. Far enough away from the "busy" end of the beach that it feels like a private beach! But close enough to still enjoy the shops & restaurants. Quiet, private feeling beach with sugar white sands. An older building with lots of character. We have been working diligently on updating all of the units there.

There are world famous restaurants just a 1/2 mile away. Walk there on the beach or the sidewalk. Golf cart rentals, Jolley Trolley, Uber, Lyft, etc

This condo is located on the 2nd floor (2nd level, because ground level is parking) and being able to climb stairs is a must. There is no elevator. Please note, Florida has a lot of different types of possible annoyances (or features!) that are out of our control- Like excessive seaweed, red-tide, Lovebug season, mosquitoes, bugs, etc. Please have patience & understanding for any possible issues we have to work through. I will always do my best to make your trip the best it can be! If there is anything that I'm aware of before your stay, I will certainly let you know ahead of time.

We stayed at this property for our wedding and really enjoyed our stay. We loved being directly over the sand and beach! Parking and check-in we convenient and easy. The mattress in primary bedroom was unfortunately very very firm, and beware that other guests/tenants at the condo building may be smoking on their patios around you. The space was clean and it is well stocked with everything you may need. We would stay here again.

Thank you for the feedback! I apologize that the mattress was not comfortable for you. We will look into some sort of cushioned topper. Great location! We were able to walk everywhere but be away from the crowds. The condo came with all the necessities which made our stay easy and stress free. The condo is in need of some minor repairs (replacement of burnt out light bulbs, paint touch ups) however the condo was extremely clean and everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Family Beach Vacation

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay! It's a well kept and comfortable home with great beach access and sunset views. Beach isn't as crowded as other parts but we were still able to walk to restaurants. Overall a great experience!

Loved our stay, will be back again!

Property and location were phenomenal. We loved being on the quieter side of town, and access to the beach just can’t be beat! It was a delight taking our baby to the ocean. Kristin was an exceptional host, pivoted quickly when we couldn’t find the travel crib. We are excited to be able to come back again!

Great Stay over Christmas

We stayed at this VRBO for 7 days and it felt like home to us. We were very comfortable. The view is great and we really liked being a little bit away from the main Clearwater beach area. Much quieter!

Amazing Experience

Clean, organized, updated, great location and attentive hostess with the mostest!! We hope to be back! This is a great location away from the biggest congestion area, but convenient 10-15 minute walk to shops and restaurants? The view is spectacular and pics can’t do it justice!!!

Amazing location

Excellent place to get a restful vacation, it’s just as advertised. The apartment is very clean and impeccably maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals, including a Keurig Coffee maker with some coffee pods. Comfortable beds and a couple of pillow options. We were a family of 4 and we were more than comfortable. A few steps away from the beach, you get there in less than 5 minutes, which was perfect so everyone could go to the beach whenever they felt like it. There are also beach items in the apartment and downstairs that you can borrow. We are sunset lovers, and having the opportunity to watch that special time from the comfort of the balcony was just one of the best things during our stay there. This beach is so wonderful, for some reason during our stay we witnessed at least 6 weddings on the beach, at different days and time. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, we would love to go back and definitely recommend to anyone.

Clearwater Beach wins number one beach in Florida a LOT, and once you visit, you totally understand why! The smoothest sand, the clearest water, and typically the best weather! We are located just a short walk north of the World Famous Pier 60. Close enough to enjoy all the bars, shopping & restaurants; but far enough away to enjoy a quiet, relaxing, family friendly stay.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, in a smaller, private 6-unit condo building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. There is a storage area with lots of beach gear to use during your stay. There is unfortunately no elevator, so being able to climb stairs is necessary.
