This unit is a ADA unit. The charming building has a rich history with origins dating back to as early as the mid-1800s. The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. This newly-restored one bedroom suite on main floor features one original window, hardwood floors, locally made Amish furniture and beautiful views of historic Berlin.

Had a great experience with our stay! Very clean and cozy. I have a bad back and the mattress was super comfortable to me, a huge plus! They have plenty of towels and amenities. They really thought of everything! Would stay again.If I had any critique to give, the water pressure in shower was low. -but other than that everything was great!

Great Location

The unit is in the heart of Berlin and close to my favorite stores. It’s very clean and comfortable. I’ve already booked one of the other units for a girls trip in September.

Wonderful, relaxing, charming home away from home

Thank you for allowing us to stay! Holmes County is absolutely breathtaking, our accommodations met every need and we slept like a dream! Everything about our trip was perfect except I ate so much I gained 10 pounds. It was well worth it!! Thank you for the popcorn, coffee and coffee mug!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The location and the designated parking was truly a great feature. Our hosts were very attentive and the extra goodies were much appreciated. Will definitely go back again.

Cozy room in walking distance of wonderful shopping and dining.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room is cozy and clean with enough room to relax between excursions to dining and shopping. The antique mall and a multitude of little shops and places to eat are within an easy walk with even more a little drive away. Will stay again.

Birthday overnight trip!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! The location is absolutely amazing. It was great to shop we caught a little bit of rain we were able to check in early so we had somewhere to hang out and put our shopping bags. Your literally in the middle of everything! We cant wait to go back!

Excellent Place to stay

The unit we stayed is was very clean and comfortable. The woodwork was outstanding and plenty of room. The location was great for walking around town and you had your own parking spot. Would definitely recommend to stay here and would stay again if in the area.

Perfectly quaint and cozy

Perfect place for a getaway to Amish country. Very cozy and comfortable. Extremely clean! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Check in and check out were extremely easy and convenient. Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect and quaint!!!!

We loved it right downtown.. we loved our stay and are thankful for the goodies you gave us. We went next door to get more popcorn.. we met your brother!! Very immaculate.. feels like were at home, very comfortable!! Close to all stores. We love getting a piece of pie and ice cream from the restaurant next door

Ideal location
