You'll love your updated design studio with a queen bed where you can run daily errands by foot, relax by the heated pool, or walk 482 feet to the beach. Take a 10-minute walk to the Deerfield Pier where you'll find vibrant nightlife, fine dining, shopping, or fish the daily catch! Our charming spacious studio is only a 10 min. drive to downtown Boca Brightline Bullet Train, US1, I-95, and 35 minutes away from PBI Airport. After booking, every guest is sent our online guidebook to plan their stay. Hi-speed WiFi.

Welcome to Pier Walk on Deerfield Beach!

Pier Walk was built in 1970 and is a complex of 20 boutique furnished apartments with 26 parking spaces on Deerfield Island: 12 studios, 7-one bedrooms, and one two-bedroom. It has 22 listings that can host anywhere from 1 guest up to 16 guests at a time for larger groups and families. It has a courtyard swimming pool, is one block from the beach and walking distance to the main shopping and entertainment strip. We're family-owned and managed with several hundred happy, returning guests. After booking, guests receive our detailed online local guidebook and property house manual as well as a video tour link of the entire space to properly plan your stay.

Our 4-apartment listing with 8 parking spaces sleeps 16 guests combines the largest apartments at Pier Walk and can be reserved online in one booking. Or, for 12-16 guests and 10 parking spots, we can custom-combine 6 apartments with 6 bathrooms overlooking the pool deck that are all adjacent and facing each other on the first floor providing easy, secure access to the shared laundry room, pool bathroom and pool shower 24 hours a day.

Pier Walk can host up to 50 guests and 26 parking spots between all 20 furnished units. All bookings are based on real-time availability but dates can be held by request for 24-48 hours.

This large, private studio comes with a queen bed that can accommodate up to 2 people and one driveway parking spot, with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of tea and coffee to caffeinate or make your favorite espresso.🙂

Our airy studio comes with fiber WiFi and a Roku TV that includes a free Roku channel with over 1,200 free movies, shows, music and live TV. So there's ALWAYS something entertaining to watch for the whole family whether it's crime, drama, documentaries, cartoons, sports, thrillers or music on Pandora!

Our courtyard pool is heated from December through May and the outside stainless steel BBQ grill is powered by propane gas and ready for hosting your group or family gatherings!

Our high-speed fiber internet is serviced directly through our Comcast so you can confidently host or join your Zoom meetings, video conferences, and online presentations with no issues, as many of our guests have already done. Your queen-sized bed is made with all hypoallergenic bed sheets, plush pillows and a bedspread. In the bathroom, you'll find white cotton towels.

We also provide a detailed local guidebook to all our guests after booking.


**IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS LISTING**

A security deposit of $200 is required.

The principal guest must e-sign our house rules agreement and submit a matching photo ID within 24 hours of booking.

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of booking if you change your mind for any reason, as long as it's at least 2 weeks in advance of your reservation.

Bookings for 1 or 2 guests come with a queen bed that sleeps 2 people. If you'll need an additional sleeping arrangement for your second guest, there's a $50 one-time fee for the sofa bed setup and linens. (If you're booking for 3 guests, the price adjustment for the two-bed setup will be already included in your booking.)

Stays of 45 days or more require monthly cleanings at a cost of $75 for studios, $95 for one-bedrooms, and $125 for two bedrooms. There's no other housekeeping included.

Pier Walk provides all the starter supplies for the first few days guests need to settle in, consumables like paper products, coffee, tea, spices, and bath soaps & shampoos. After that, guests are responsible for their own supplies and must purchase as much or as little as needed

To prevent cross-contamination in the pool, all guests must use outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the Pier Walk pool, and especially after returning from the beach. Please do not leave towels or personal belongings outside at any time.

If a special setup has been reserved (early check-in or extra bed setup), we can't offer a refund if canceled less than 24 hours ahead of check-in.

Collect Belongings and Manage Deliveries Before Check-Out. Please ensure all personal items are collected, and deliveries are arranged before check-out. Any items or deliveries left behind, including those arriving after check-out, will be discarded within 24-48 hours, as we cannot provide storage. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

**HOUSE RULES**
You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

* All guests must have verified ID.

* Guests must sign online agreement and submit matching photo ID within 24 hours of booking in order to confirm reservation.

* Stays of 45 days or more require monthly cleanings at a cost of $100.

* Only the confirmed guests and number of confirmed guests allowed on premises. Unauthorized additional guests will be charged $250 per day.

* Check-in starts at 3pm & check-out no later than 11am. If available, early check in and late check out must be arranged for a fee with 24 hours notice.

* Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am daily.

* Shared washer and dryer available daily 24/7.

* No pets unless specifically designated, must disclose any ESAs before booking per Florida law.

* No events.

* No smoking inside the apartment or on the pool deck.

* If you use the patio sunbrella, please tie it back after use in case of strong winds.

* Kindly brush off sand before entering and using laundry machines.

* No third-party bookings.

* Exterior security camera system visible.

* Don't hang towels outside. No personal belongings left outside.

* Pool: Pool hours are sunrise to sunset. To prevent cross-contamination, all guest must use outside shower before swimming and after beach swims. No smoking, running, loud music, or pets allowed on the pool deck. No glass or food is allowed near the pool. No lifeguard on duty. No children under 12 years old without parent supervision. No more than 10 people in the pool at the same time. Please exercise caution around slippery walkways when swimming and walking around the pool deck.

* Guests booking our designated pet friendly listings must e-sign and agree to our pet friendly agreement within 24 hours to confirm reservation. Only allowed pets breeds under 25lbs with current vaccinations. Pets leashed at all times and crated if left alone at the apartment.

The studio was small but functional. Very convenient to the beach (short walk). Other occupants were very friendly. Pool was clean and well cared for. Property manager was friend and very helpful. Would definitely stay again! ❤️

Needs new AC smelly air shaft in 106

First I arrived to 109 it was different than the photo online. It smelled toxic because they just had plastered and filled cracks in wall from a newly installed mini Wall AC that wasn't running cold. My eyes burned. I called the owner. I said I couldn't sleep there because of chemical in air. He wouldn't refund me. He offered 106. I looked into it it was nice decorated but smelled moldy, but I was tired and said I would try it and see after AC runs, if it's different. I burned incense and sprayed lavender deodorizer in 106. The smell was worse coming from the AC shafts. I called texted next morning with Marco and Danielle wife. Told them that the central AC wasn't running well ,rattled and smelled moldy I requested a AC company come. Owners wrote me they would send their AC man. I paid for 2 weeks in advance. The towels in closet were moldy smelling and the housekeeper had to replace them with fresh washed ones. Seemed unit wasn't rented much before me. I struggled with moldy damp air for 8 days before owner came with AC man who removed dirty fiber and bleach cleaned the coils of a very old AC.he did not clean shafts. My clothing smelled moldy. The building is old , old windows didn't shut tight My mattress wasn't good, I felt the wood planks of IKEA frame under the mattress Other units in building had better beds and conditions. Owners still renovating. The couple are new owners and seem to be nice people. The property has potential . Decorated tasteful.

Great room great location

The room and building was great. Very clean and accurately advertised. It is walking distance to the beach beach and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and a good little kitchen to cook at.

Pier Walk on Deerfield Beach is a family-owned and family-managed vacation rental boutique. After traveling the world together for the past 10 years, we've noticed that we've had to pay higher and higher prices to get a good stay.


While we don't mind spending luxury rates for a luxury stay, we don't believe you should have to pay luxury rates just to get a good stay. We like to think our properties have everything we'd expect without having to pay high rates just to get it. We love to offer a great location and a great experience at a good value...because that's what we want when we travel!

Pier Walk on Deerfield Beach was purchased so we could continue building our "super team" where we offer a unique, local Florida experience for short stays, mid stays, and extended stays. Whenever we traveled we always wished we could find a home away from home. For us, that meant a place with a full kitchen, and where we could work or relax and walk to the action without a car. It was always a compromise trying to find a place like that without paying top dollar.


More and more, people are working from home for extended periods - but they also want to travel. So if you're going to work from home, then why not do it from a place where you can also vacation, go to the pool or walk to the beach?
