This spacious mansion is located at the heart of Baltimore’s Little Italy (“Piccola Italia”). This is a historic and vibrant community offering cultural festivals throughout the year picturesque street scape and authentic bakeries and restaurants featuring multi-region Italian cuisines.

Guests thoroughly enjoy the retreat-like Palazzo style mansion featuring:
‱ A large indoor pool
‱ A spa main bathroom
‱ A yoga studio
‱ A large indoor garage with parking for 4 cars (two EV charging stations are available).
‱ Covered porch with all equipped outdoor kitchen and seating areas for 24 people

The mansion is fashioned after an Italian Villa with painted ceilings, expansive marble hallways adorned with Romanesque columns, and is bathed in lots of natural light from 13 skylights.

The property built in 1991, has been on the Little Italy tours, and was featured in two TV series. The Washington Post called this property “Little Italy’s Landmark of Luxury” and the Baltimore Sun dubbed it “the Row Palace.” Most recently the house has been featured by the Baltimore Banner among best short-term rental gems in Baltimore.

Ilana’s home was a joy to stay in and an incredible place to celebrate our engagement with family and friends. We worked with Ilana to ensure our gathering could work, and we got to have the most unique and special party. Amazing home in Little Italy. Walking distance to many great restaurants. So many comfortable gathering spots, amenities were all excellent, beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was a huge bonus. Ilana was very kind to leave us snacks, a bottle of wine and always detailed instructions on how to operate things. Excellent host.

It was a dream come true

This property is stunning. We spent the weekend with family ages 3-85. There is something for everyone in the house and the neigborhood. The host was beyond accommodating and easy to reach! We are already thinking about coming back for another get together in the future. In the 3 year old's words she didn't want to leave because here she is a queen. When we got in the host had decorated for birthdays I had mentioned we were celebrating. It was so personal and special.

My daughter and her bridesmaids spent the weekend before her wedding at LaDolce Villa, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space for the girls to relax and enjoy their time together. They especially loved the serene pool, the multiple cozy seating areas, and the incredibly comfortable beds. The hostess was wonderful—warm, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations. She even welcomed us with a thoughtful gift, which was such a special touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful Villa and Warm Hosting

My best friend and I, along with three other girls, flew into Baltimore to celebrate our birthdays and explore DC and Virginia. We found this beautiful villa and knew it would be perfect for our group as it offered the privacy we needed for singing karaoke and taking photos. It turned out even better than expected! The villa is spacious, spotless, and even more stunning in person. We had so much fun cooking, eating, swimming in the indoor heated pool, and, of course, singing. Our host, Ilana, was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. She decorated the dining room with birthday balloons, left us a bottle of wine, and was always available if we had any questions. The villa is in a safe, upscale Little Italy neighborhood and just a short walk from Whole Foods, which made grocery runs easy. It’s also conveniently located within 45 minutes of both DC and Virginia. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this villa!

Fantastic villa in Little Italy

I attended a conference with a group of colleagues and friends in Baltimore and stayed at this fantastic villa for 5 days. The place looks great and has plenty of amenities. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, where we relaxed every night before going to bed after a long day at our conference. In addition to all the amazing installations of the villa. We were highly pleased with the fact that the villa is surrounded by great locally owned restaurants, where we ate fantastic Italian cuisine. An additional advantage for us was the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the convention center every morning. I highly recommend you stay at the villa. I’m sure you’ll have a blast.

Baptism

This will be our second stay at the villa. Last year for my son's wedding and this year for my grandson's baptism. The villa is perfect for any family gathering, large clean kitchen, dining table for 12 and living room with multiple sitting areas. I look forward to staying here since I know it will be beyond clean and organized. It is a weight lifted off my shoulders since I always know it will look great. Oven bird catered the event and Whole Foods is an easy walk from villa for last minute items. I will always book my Baltimore trips here, there is no reason to go anywhere else for a family trip. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us.

Excellent and fun place for a family

We stayed here for Christmas with our adult children. This place was huge and fun. Indoor pool was great. Kitchen had everything for our annual Christmas Eve dinner. Easy walk to Harbor East and Inner Harbor. Close to shopping and tons of great restaurants. Host Ilana was very responsive to questions. We didn’t have any problems. Would definitely recommend.

We had a small family reunion and the house was perfect! The Kitchen is well stocked, the spaces allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy conversations. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the amazing BBQ terrace.

Truly Exceptional!

We enjoyed the most wonderful stay at this stunning property the week of our daughter’s wedding. The villa is absolutely breathtaking! It was decorated so beautifully with so many special artistic touches. The villa is situated in a perfect location in Little Italy Baltimore close to the Inner Harbor, numerous restaurants, a famous bakery and other sites. We made our reservations months in advance and the host was very responsive and helpful as we were planning our stay. We arrived during a heatwave and were greeted by the host with glasses of ice cold water. The host also took the time to write our family a congratulatory card and also left a thoughtful gift basket for the bride. These acts of kindness continued throughout our stay as the host made courtesy check ins with us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The villa is truly luxurious with marble floors and beautiful furnishings. It was immaculate. The host stocked the home with all the amenities and supplies we needed. The indoor pool was a special treat. The water was the perfect temperature and everything was very clean with towels and pool floats provided. We all felt very pampered. Staying at this beautiful villa truly made our week of wedding festivities even more special for our family. We are very grateful to the host for everything she did for us to make this important time in our lives even more memorable. I highly recommend this property. We can't wait to stay here again!

Little Italy House

Our stay was nothing less than amazing, Ilana was so accommodating for our stay! I would highly recommend this luxurious house if you’re looking for a little getaway in Baltimore. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and a more beautiful price of property to have all of my wedding party and family get ready in. Loved the location- did NOT like the host.

The location and space was AMAZING- however was completely over shadowed by the host who emailed me completely inappropriate questions regarding my itinerary for the weekend, the NAMES of my guest and then also asked to send pictures to show that they are ‘inclusive.’ Now I’m not sure if that is cause I am black, my partner and I are gay, or that we are in an interracial relationship- but I don’t think we should be asked to be put on display for that reason. She also went on the internet and looked up information about myself and my wife. There were 7 women at the house between the ages of 38 and 55- to feel like we were doing something ‘wrong’ because of all the outside emails prior to our stay, was just not a good feeling at all.

A Christmas in Tuscany - but in Little Italy, Baltimore!

This jewel of a "Palazzo" in the middle of Little Italy is just outstanding. From the moment you open the door, it's just a "Wow". Perfect for our adult children - they made excellent use of the indoor pool and beautiful facilities. As they went from room to room, they just kept saying, "OMG!" The bedrooms are all wonderful with en suite baths. Every room is outstanding. We just wish the weather was warmer so that we could have taken advantage of the Loggia. What a terrific outdoor space. We may as well have been in Tuscany. Our family had a Christmas holiday they will talk about for a long time. Our thanks to Ilana for all of her help and her friendly welcome. She was responsive to every inquiry we had. A super host indeed!

So much love and care put into this beautiful space in Little Italy. Homey yet elegant. Pool is something else! Perfect place for any occasion really. We used it as a home base for work but easily a place to host elegant meals and family gatherings. A truly exceptional place. We will return next year.

Beautiful Venue for Bridal Party

This villa provided a beautiful backdrop for my bridal party to stay in, and to get ready and get photos before our wedding. Ilana was very responsive to messages through VRBO, and through texting, and met us at the home to provide a thorough tour at check-in and to provide and overview of all of the amenities. The security features of the home were numerous, convenient, and easy to use and understand. The house was also filled with a number of amenities to use (soaps, paper goods, coffee), which helped our stay be stress free. The beds and rooms were very comfortable! This is a beautiful, luxurious property, meaning that there are a number of rules to ensure the property is kept in good shape, so I would certainly recommend this property for responsible adults, but would recommend doing research on the house rules if you plan to travel with children in your party. The connected garage was very convenient, as was the very affordable and accessible Little Italy parking garage down the street. The property is conveniently located to a number of great Little Italy restaurants.

Amazing Property, Wonderful Stay!

This property is truly one of a kind! The 3 main bedrooms as spacious and well-appointed, and the office with murphy bed serves as a wonderful fourth bedroom. We also had air mattresses set up in the gym/fitness studio, which allowed added sleeping capacity. The outdoor loggia and indoor pool provided incredible wow-factor gathering spaces, as did the huge living room, dining room, and kitchen. Everything was provided, from laundry detergent to coffee and espresso to extra towels. The spacious garage is an added bonus. The owner is right next door, and is super helpful and responsive for anything needed during your stay. The location was lovely -- walkable to inner harbor, Fell's Point, and many other downtown spot. Highly recommended!

We love all things Italian, and have traveled to Italy on multiple occasions marveling in its medieval towns, architecture, art, scenery, wine and food. We took great care to make sure our guests enjoy the best that hospitality has to offer with an Italian flare.

We bought the Villa to prevent it's demolition and turning the space into a high rise with multiple units at the heart of our beloved historic neighborhood steps from St. Leo's Church. This was a community preservation project and a labor of love.
