The Space:

A Cozy Haven for Families & Friends



Welcome to your home away from home—designed with families and fun in mind! Kids will love their own little paradise, complete with an indoor pool, game room, and plenty of entertainment with multiple TVs and activities. With 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at ease. And when it’s time to eat, fire up the outdoor grill and enjoy a meal with beautiful views.



Grown-ups can unwind in the spacious backyard—soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, toast marshmallows around the fire pit, or take in the peaceful lake views from the pier. Whether you're here to play or just press pause, this retreat has something for everyone.



Take advantage of the two kayaks provided at no extra charge to explore and relax on the serene lake, a perfect way to unwind in nature

A Note on Respecting Our Peaceful Setting

Our home sits on a quiet, private property that feels like a true escape—safe, serene, and surrounded by nature. To keep it that way, we kindly ask that you help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere our neighbors love and cherish.



Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings. Keep music at a low volume and avoid entering neighboring driveways or blocking access with your vehicles. Any disturbances—such as loud parties or excess parking—may be reported, and unfortunately, we would need to ask guests to leave if boundaries are repeatedly crossed.



You may spot a friendly visitor during your stay—Dixie, our neighbor’s sweet black Lab. She’s gentle, loves people, and might come by to say hello. If you call her name, expect a warm tail wag or even a cuddle or two. 🐾

Planning a gathering? Let us know in advance. We allow a maximum of 20 people total on the property, including overnight guests.



Parking is limited to 7 vehicles in the driveway—please do not block neighbors’ access or driveways.



A Quick Note About the Pool Water



Our indoor pool is a guest favorite, especially in the colder months. While we do our best to maintain perfect water clarity year-round, we want to be transparent: the house runs on well water, which contains natural metals like iron and copper.

Sometimes, when chlorine is added, a chemical reaction may cause the water to take on a slight green tint. Rest assured, the water is tested regularly and remains safe to use. This is rare, but we appreciate your understanding if it happens during your stay.



Pool Rules for a Safe and Enjoyable Experience



Supervision: Please watch and supervise children at all times while in or around the pool.

No Sunscreen or Lotions: For the safety of the pool equipment, do not enter the pool with sunscreen, lotions, or oils on.

Pets: For health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in or around the pool area.
