The Space:

This brand new modern-rustic home has three king suites with full master bathrooms for each room. With intentional detail behind every piece of art, every color, and every piece of furniture, this home is designed to make each guest relax in classic style. The living space upstairs pulls you in with its high rising windows, its amazing views, and its upscale furniture. There were no corners cut in outfitting this home. As you walk downstairs, you'll find another common space that is sure to be one of your favorite rooms in the home. With a fireplace, pool table, big screen TV, and conversational seating, this room is perfect for a group looking to unwind. Of course, the two large deck spaces both upstairs and downstairs are a highlight when in the Blue Ridge mountains. The upstairs deck is perfect for early mornings on the outdoor couch by the gas fireplace as the sun rises over the mountains. After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 hold on the card for the validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
