A cozy one bedroom one bathroom unit, less than a mile from downtown Royal Oak. Centrally located right off of Woodward near Birmingham, Royal Oak, the Detroit Zoo and much more- all less than a 10 minute drive. This apartment is stocked with all essentials to make anyones stay comfortable. Scores âhighly walkableâ with most errands able to be accomplished on foot. Very safe neighborhood. Street parking available
The space
This is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom space filled with everything you'd need for a great stay.
The kitchen is stocked with silverware, dishes, pots/pans- and most of your basics for cooking. Additional amenities include wifi, coffee, a working space, a comfy bed & a pull out couch.
AIR CONDITIONING: This unit does NOT have central AC - the air conditioning unit is equipped with a window unit in the living room and a window unit in the bedroom (please see photos). The AC will be setup in both spaces- please do not move either unit.
PARKING: Currently this unit only offers street parking. The building's landlord will be renovating the parking lot soon and we will be able to offer an assigned parking space. For the time being, there is ample street parking provided.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*The property is located near a main, busy roadway and noise from this can be expected.
*The apartment is located near train tracks so the occasional train may be heard.
* Lock outs & lost keys will result in a $50 fee.
*Guests found smoking anything indoors will be charged $500- please step outside if you are smoking marijuana, tobacco, etc.

Entire space + courtyard & side/backyard spaces is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

Please remember that youâre staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
This is an animal-free home. Guests found to bring animals will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
