Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight. Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints and distilleries.
My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and this condo was a great place to come back to each evening to relax. Easy check in/check out, location was a bit run down but never had any problems or felt unsafe so don't let that discourage you from choosing this place for your stay in Frankfort.
We came in for a few nights to check out the bourbon distilleries in the area. This property served the purpose we were after perfectly as a spot to sleep while we were gone the rest of the time. The location is in an apartment complex filled neighborhood with Frankfort within a five minute drive. The property manager answered questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the place if you have your own vehicle and are spending most of your time on the town.
We drove up for a short visit to visit some of the local distilleries. This location was close to the distilleries and close to downtown to go to dinner. The unit seemed newly renovated and was clean other than a few corners that can use some attention. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and communication went very smoothly. Overall, very good value for the money.
Stayed at this condo for almost a week for National Bourbon Day. The condo itself is nice but the neighborhood I don't think is the greatest. There were some bugs but that is to be expected being June in Kentucky. The couch isn't very comfortable and there could be more utensils in the kitchen but would definitely stay there again.
Convention location, extremely clean - which is my highest priority. Easy departure instructions. Great value. Neighborhood is safe but appearance doesn't initially reflect that. I would stay here again.
Fine place for a short stay while out and about the Frankfort area. Pictures were accurate, and described properly. Do wish that the bathroom had an outlet at the sink, and the bathtub does need to have some anti-slip installed as it could become very slick while showering. I do t know if we would return to this property again, but it suited our purposes for this short stay.
The place was as shown in the pictures. It had everything needed except an ice tray (which was no big deal). It was a great location if you are touring the local distilleries. Would stay here again if in the area.
The kitchen and bathroom were just enough for us to get by and the bed was big and comfortable. The instructions for locating the unit and then for unlocking the door were incomplete and caused an unnecessary delay and frustration getting into the unit. The rest was O.K. The price was good and check-out was easy.
Apartment was very clean but ultimately was unable to stay as there was an overwhelming perfume smell that triggered my asthma. Iâm not sure if it was the cleaning supplies or residual perfume from the previous renters.
This was a great location to visit distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. Great price and just what we needed for our stay. The king size bed was comfortable. The living space and kitchenette was just right for two people.
We booked this condo for a one-night stay while visiting family for my dadâs 70th birthday. The listing looked greatâphotos of the inside were clean and cute, and it seemed perfect for what we needed. What they donât show you? The surrounding area. When we arrived, we witnessed two men physically fighting behind a nearby laundromat, right by the property. The area felt extremely unsafe, especially since we had our child with us. It was nothing like what was shown online. We didnât even go inside. We immediately booked a hotel elsewhere and messaged the host to explain. No response. Not even a âsorry.âThis place should absolutely disclose the true condition of the neighborhood, because it felt more like a trap house setting than a safe family rental. If youâre traveling with kids or just want to feel secure where youâre staying, this isnât it.Wouldnât stay. Wouldnât recommend. VRBO needs to vet this one harder.
This property was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in this area.
Accurate to the listing, great price, clean, easy check in/out process, great communication with host. Simple, cozy place that is a good stay for 1-2 people. Cute, cute town! Check out Kentucky CoffeeTree Cafe about 8 min away - yum!
