Unit has all the amenities that are necessary for a vacation unit. For a studio it has everything that you need for a weeks stay. Unit is furtherest from the beach but it is really a short walk away.Pool is right next door and conveniently located.Surprisingly you cannot heard the noise from the pool in the unit.Overall, nicely kept unit and clean.

Beautiful location. The condo is absolutely beautiful and nicely located for quiet retreat. Close enough to the beach to walk to easily. Well furnished and very clean. Beach was perfect for relaxing!

Wonderful stay

It was perfect! Tiny, and cozy. Small walk to the beautiful ocean! This condo is so nice because it is the last one on the island. So peaceful! The little condo was very tidy, homey, and comfortable!

Great Stay/Highly Recommended

Great location with easy beach access. Property was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our 1-week stay. The beach items (chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards) included for our use were a nice touch and came in handy!) Owner was attentive and communicated with us prior to, during and after our stay. We highly recommend this property!

Lovely and very clean room, the pool is wonderful, super cute decor and we really loved the welcome tray. The bathroom and kitchen supplies were really convenient and we had the best stay! We would’ve loved if the back door opened, but all in all we’re excited to come back!

Perfect!!

Stayed for 7 days with my family of 5 and absolutely loved it! My kids loved that we were just a few steps from the pool. The washer and dryer were also just a few steps away. The room had everything we needed, and the beds and couch were clean and cozy.

Great little getaway

Sydney was a great host! The place is very clean and decorated very cute. It is a close walk to the beach! Everything you needed for the beach was available from beach toys, chairs, cooler, towels and a umbrella ! The kids had such a great time with all the beach toys and loved how the pool was right out the door! Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this place:)

Beach Stay

This was such a cute little place to stay for a weekend getaway. It matched the description online. The property was super clean. It was easy to access the pool and the beach. :) Sidney was super sweet and helpful the entire time.

Relaxing month

Property was as described on VRBO website. Lots of goodies supplied by the owner for the short term stay. Condo complex was very well maintained and secured. Easy access to a very nice white sand beach. Easy communication with a responsive owner. Very enjoyable stay for the whole month of February.

All around excellent!

We love the El Matador and have for years! Booked this location and it was the best trip yet. Super clean, and a lot of room for our family of 5. Great rates, and was on the first floor so it was really convenient to our vehicle, beach, and pool. Go for it! You won't be disappointed!

Amazing stay!!

My family of 3 had an amazing time at this beautiful condo. My daughter who is one loved all of the little toys they had! The wagon and all of the beach toys and umbrella and chairs were a HUGE lifesaver. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all and we all actually enjoyed the walk. It is right next door to the maintenance but we really didn’t hear them very often. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property

Great property. The owner was very responsive. Love the amenities and small amount of food left for us. Everything there was great. The only update this place needs is a new back sliding door. The condo is not a terrible walk to the beach. The owner has a wagon along with several things for the beach which made it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
