Pleasant Stay but trouble with booking

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and impeccably clean; we had a wonderful time during our stay! However, the booking process was extremely challenging. We initially had to cancel our reservation for the summer of 2024, and rescheduling to use our credit proved to be quite cumbersome. It seemed that several staff members I interacted with left or resigned during the process, which led to significant communication issues. After nearly a year and numerous phone calls, I was finally able to connect with someone who could successfully assist with rebooking our rental.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Missing sheets for full size bed in bunk room. Beds in bunk room were uncomfortable, slept on large couch in living room, more comfortable than beds. Dryer did not dry very well, took a long time to dry towels. Overall our stay was good. We had a great tine with our kids and grandkids.

The Beach House

Overall, the property was fairly clean, I don’t like having to pay cleaning fees and then having to do all the laundry prior to leaving. You can’t leave wet towels which means you can’t take a shower prior to leaving without washing them and drying them. We had a bad storm come through and the roof leaked during the wind driven rain. I’ll report it to the realtors that oversees the property. I suppose it was a pretty good property. I probably wouldn’t stay there again at those prices and have to pay cleaning fees and then having to clean the place prior to leaving.

Perfect Beach Getawat

The huge fenced in yard is perfect for our dogs. The floor plan is perfect, and the decor makes it so cozy. The location is great proximity to the beach and all the other attractions on Port Bolivar. We will defininently rent this cabin again!

Loved our stay, had plenty of room and the yard was huge! Had lots of amenities, was very clean and great location not far from the beach, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely be back, highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was very clean and had everything that was needed and more. We liked that it’s fenced and it’s proximity to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Second time staying here and had a blast! Dogs loved the big yard. Clean house. Close to the beach but we rented a golf cart. Will definitely be back next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house overall was great. Good location, nice layout, plenty of parking. The cleaner could have done a better job before we arrived, but we took care of it. One piece of advice, be careful on the deck, there are nails sticking up everywhere that will catch your feet. We would still stay here again.

Great cabin at a good location, pet friendly

This is a beautiful cabin with a large fenced pull through lot. Updated all the way through. Washer and dryer access were very nice. We will definitely stay here again. The rental is managed by Cobb Real Estate so any concerns are dealt with very fast.
