Hello Amber! First of all, thanks for the opportunity to host you. We’re truly grateful for all our guests. We take hosting very seriously. Our goal is always to provide the best experience for all our guests. I wish you had contacted us during your stay about these issues, so we have a chance to address these issues in a timely manner. We didn’t learn it until it appeared on the review section. Cleaning is something that we pride ourselves, but unfortunately, we’re not imune to mistakes. We take cleaning very seriously as you can see in our history. My husband and I have decided to let go of our cleaner due to cleaning issues. As far as the TV and heating not working properly, I wish you had contacted us during your stay. It could have been something simple that I could have walked you through over the phone. I just want to clarify your comment of “Paying over $900 for two nights”. The reason why you paid $900 for two nights was because you had two big dogs, and like I mentioned to you via the platform, we usually don’t accept two large dogs, but we made an exception for you, but there was the pet fee. The pet fee is necessary, unfortunately, because we have to make sure the house is cleaned thoroughly, so our cleaners charge us more for the cleaning.
