Newly renovated condo with beautiful dark wood flooring, redone bathroom and kitchen.

When you hear Holiday Surf 109, think Coastal Heaven! This unit is best described as the perfect getaway for a couple. The unit sleeps 4, queen size bed in the bedroom and a daybed with a trundle in the living room. Quartz counters in the kitchen, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Newly designed bathroom with a barn door. Newly decorated throughout.

The patio features a pair of rocking chairs that are perfect for relaxing in the ocean breeze and a walkout out door right to the pool and easy access to the beach.

Holiday Surf and Racquet is located directly on a beautiful Emerald Coast, white sand beach and offers complimentary Beach Service every day of your stay.

Don't forget all the wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Saunas, Free DVD rentals, plus tennis and pickleball courts and Shuffleboard with free equipment rentals. Parking is always Free, as is the twice weekly linen exchange.

Marvelous Time Had By All!!

Les points forts : Propreté, équipements, infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement et communication

Condo was beautifully decorated! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (as was the bathroom). And the ground floor was so convenient- you could walk out of your patio straight to the pool or beach. I loved that the parking lot was gated too. Free beach service was an added bonus! Holiday Isle is our favorite area of Destin - so close to so many different restaurants, shopping, and Harborwalk, but not as crowded as other areas of Destin. We’ll definitely be back to stay at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club!!

Easy Going Beach STay

We love the property, tennis courts and grassy area for our three wild boys to play in. The location to the jetties makes each beach day an adventure. Holiday Surf has become our family tradition for the past 25 years.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we stayed in 203 for the first half of our stay, but due to construction noise we asked to be moved.(unit beside us was experiencing a complete renovation)The staff was helpful and accommodating, we subsequently moved into 109.109 is a nice unit and in a convenient location. It does however lack a few items such as serving bowls and trays and lamps in the living room and bed room.

Excellent complex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean nicely decorated can park just steps from your front door, steps to the pool and beach. Only negative is that there was minimal items in kitchen no baking pans only 2 kitchen towels only 1 extra blanket no extra pillows. There is no washer dryer in condo but knew that from description utilized complex washer and dryers. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
