The entire house including the covered patio is equipped with Sonos sound system with speakers throughout.

Outside you’ll experience one of the most luxurious backyards in all of Scottsdale. The majestic sunsets will mesmerize night in and night out. The oversized heated* Pool is optimal for both exercise and relaxation. 
After a beautiful hike or round of golf nearby, come home and unwind in the heated spa and gather around the fire pit.

* Guests must disclose the exact number of occupants prior to arrival. There are to be no more than 10 occupants at the property at any given time. There’s a $25 charge per person per night after 6 guests for additional incurred expenses. In case of a violation, guests will be dismissed from the property and violations will be reported.

* There’s a daily charge of $150 to use the heated pool should guest choose to heat the pool. Please notify hosts ahead of check-in. Heated pool may not be available during extreme low temperature*

* Enjoy the jacuzzi for free for 4 hours each night; additional time can be added for just $20 per extra 4 hours.

* Once booked, guest will be emailed a waiver form to sign, along with the house rules.

Thanksgiving in Scottsdale

My family and I spent the week of Thanksgiving in the lovely home situated in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. The house, backyard, kitchen, etc. were all outstanding and the owners were in constant contact with us. I'd highly recommend this property!

Never have to leave...

Went for a girls birthday celebration long weekend and it was amazing! The property is even better than described and the hosts, Maral and Maz were there for any questions or recommendations. The pool, hot tub, outdoor area exceeded any and all expectations!! Highly recommend this property and will hopefully be back soon! Thank You!

This was an amazing property. Both the inside and outside were perfect. CLEAN! Very quiet location and the pool/backyard activities available were great. Close to shopping, golfing and food. Would highly recommend and come again.

This is a great centrally located property in quiet area just off Scottsdale road. Close to everything. Perfect for families with lots of activity options for kids. Clean and everything in good condition. Manager very responsive to questions and offering suggestions for local dining.

Perfect Scottsdale getaway!

This house is exactly as it appears in the listing. Stayed here with two adults and two 16-year-old teams. House is in exceptional condition. The backyard is wonderful - and where we spent most of our time. The owners have taken care to think of every detail. Would recommend this property 10/10!!

Beautifully remodeled and very convenient location

The owners are doing a beautiful job remodeling the property inside and out. The home is located near Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Fashion Square so there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area. The house is very clean and equipped with brand new high end appliances. The outdoor area is spectacular with pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and sport court. The check in and check out process was very easy and the owner was very responsive with any questions.

Relaxing!

The hosts were very helpful and the check in process was smooth and they were very accommodating with my early check in! Maz was awesome and gave me some good restaurant recommendations! Tvs we’re all hooked up for most streaming services and everything was just perfect. Comfy beautiful home and lovely property/ neighborhood! I will def be coming back!

Fabulous Resort-Like Home in Scottsdale

This property was an exceptional choice for our friends' reunion. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, offering outstanding hospitality and accommodating our time requests for the four complimentary hours of hot tub access daily. The beds provided a restful night's sleep, and we truly appreciated the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The home is thoughtfully designed with top-tier amenities, including a pickleball court, swimming pool, hot tub, mini ping-pong table, foosball, and a variety of board games—ensuring entertainment for all. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation effortless, and the entire house was meticulously maintained and immaculately clean. The expansive lot offered plenty of space for relaxation and recreation, enhancing our stay. This property is a gem, ideal for group gatherings or family retreats. Highly recommended!

Christmas 2023!

We had the best family Christmas at the home. We have 4 kids ranging from 19-10 and plenty for us all to do and enjoy. Maral was fantastic as a host. The backyard is amazing. Hard for our family to want to do anything in the area besides play pickleball and swim. At other properties sometimes the pool wasn’t truly heated. Maral constantly made sure the pool and hot tub were ready for our use. The host even set up a Xmas tree for us to place presents under! Thank you for making our Christmas Vacation special! We can’t wait to come back!

Girls birthday getaway

Booked this beautiful home for four nights in May 2025 and the weather was perfect (mid 80’s) so we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The kitchen is massive so we had groceries delivered and made breakfast and lunch at the house. We barely left! The backyard is gorgeous with your own pickleball court! The garage has even more with pool and foosball. Great walkable neighborhood and Old Town is about 25 min away. Camelback is also great for dining and spas.

Beautiful Scottsdale Home

Luxury home in the heart of Scottsdale, a true 10/10 with everything you could want. The pool and hot tub are clean and maintained nicely! The activities at the house are as advertised: full size pickle ball court, also functions as a basketball court, cornhole, ring toss, trampoline, pool table, ping pong, foozeball and and oversized fire pit that can seat the entire family. The house is very clean and well maintained with all the accessories you will need and entertainment in every room including Sonos! Most notably, the hosts are great and truly care about your experience. Very responsive and kind! We will be back!

Great Stay at Sweetwater Oasis

Hosts were friendly, helpful, and accessible. Enjoyed alot of the amenities the house offers: pool, hot tub, pickleball, basketball, huge living room TV, games. House is located in nice/quiet neighborhood, convenient to lots of dining, shopping, hiking trails.
