The Space:
Crystal Tower 206 in Gulf Shores has all of the amenities that you expect from a premier resort destination. Complex amenities include: three high speed elevators, full time security, two outdoor pools, indoor pool, lazy river, expansive workout facility, sauna, sun deck, BBQ grill area, and two hot tubs. While Crystal tower sits directly across the street from the beach, there is an enclosed air-conditioned sky bridge over the road so you never have to cross the street to access the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores and beach club. The beach club includes a huge beach-side pool, lazy river, restrooms, vending machines, sun deck, lounge area and gated beach access.

Crystal Tower 206 consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, has been professionally decorated, and is meticulously maintained. Our second-level unit offers a slight beach view and direct view of the pool so you can easily watch the kids swim while from the comfort of the expansive balcony. The living area features a 55” wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfy furnishings, and balcony access. The dining table seats four plus room for two more at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. The full-sized stack front load washer and dryer makes doing laundry a breeze. The master bedroom features a plush king size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a pull-out single trundle bed. Making use of the sleeper sofa in the living room, Crystal Tower 206 can accommodate up to seven guests.

This is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING facility.
Parking pass is purchased separately from rental upon arrival to the complex.

Per HOA, walkway coating and elevator modernization will be taking place through November 2025. Some areas of the parking lot will be closed for material storage. All efforts are being taken to ensure minimal guest disruption and inconvenience but there could be some noise during weekday business hours.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo plus all on-site complex amenities at Crystal Tower, including three high-speed elevators, full-time security, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a lazy river, an expansive workout facility, a sauna, a sun deck, BBQ grill areas, and two hot tubs. Crystal Tower is located directly across the street from the beach, with an enclosed, air-conditioned sky bridge for easy access to the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores and the beach club. The beach club features a large beach-side pool, lazy river, restrooms, vending machines, a sun deck, a lounge area, and gated beach access.

The Neighborhood:
1. 3 miles west of The Hangout, offering easy access to the area's shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The pools, sauna, and fitness center are open from 8AM to 11PM.

GENERAL PROPERTY RULES:
🅿️Parking pass is purchased separately from rental on-site of the complex upon arrival. Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $20/day for days 1-3, no cost for days 4-7, & $5/day after day 5 (subject to change per HOA). A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. If you have a 3rd vehicle, we can likely let you park it at our office for a fee of $50.
ℹ️Upon arrival, guests will pick up arrival package which contains wrist bands from our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex.
⌚ALL Owners and Guests must wear wristbands at all times while on property. Individuals NOT wearing wristband will be asked to present one.
