As the property includes several detached units, you may occasionally hear noise from neighbors in adjacent units. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we ask that guests keep noise levels low between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

🌳 Shared Spaces:
The courtyard, laundry area, and parking spaces are shared with other guests, so please be mindful of others during your stay.

🐾 Pet-Friendly:
We are pet-friendly! Your furry friends are welcome for a small surcharge. We kindly ask that pets bring their own bed and refrain from climbing on the property’s beds. Please note that other guests in nearby units may also have pets. 🐶🐱

🚗 Limited Parking:
Parking is limited to 1 compact car per unit, so please plan accordingly. Additional vehicles will need to park on the street.

🔇 No Parties or Loud Noise: Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🔒 Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them.

🦟 Florida Wildlife & Pests: Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence.

🐶 Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog . All dogs must be declared in advance.
