Wow! What an unbelievable place. The location was super quiet, super clean and super affordable. I normally stay in local hotels in the area but decided to try this place. As long as this home is available I will not stay at a hotel. The host were very easy to communicate with and accommodate my last minute stay. They also added a personal touch to my stay which meant a lot to me. Thanks again and I will for sure see you again.

Private Space & Very Convenient

Samson’s place was ideal for us. It’s a good size 1 bd, 1 bath with plenty of space to move around. It’s tucked away in a private area which gave us plenty of peace and quiet. It’s also very convenient to food, entertainment, and multiple highways. Samson’s family we’re awesome hosts! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Guest House

I was here to visit our daughter and grandson just 12 minites away. Place is immaculate and very well furnished. Overslept two nighrs in a row because king size bed is so comfortable. Host was extremely responsive. Will definitely be back. booagain

Great place! Highly recommend

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of vrbo homes and this one may have been our most favorite yet! It's even better than the pictures. It was impeccably clean, it was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The neighborhood area is very quiet and peaceful, and there were coffee kcups ready for us in the morning which was so nice. We didn't use the sofa as a bed, but found that to be so comfy as well when we watched a movie before bed. As a person with disabilities, the parking space being so close and the well maintained little pathway to the door was really helpful. There were also no scented/overwhelming fragrances like I've found in past places, and the AC was amazing. We hope to be back!

Amazing

Our hosts Sammy and Sunny were so wonderful and our stay was perfect. From the personalized note at the entrance to the snacks and waters they left for us; so great! Every morning when we stepped outside Sammy was around with a cheery “good morning” we even got to know their dog Cami! Lovely people, lovely place. Thank you for everything!

Convenient and welcoming

Samson and Sunny clearly put in the effort to make sure I felt welcome during my stay. The check in and check out processes were very simple (not always the case with properties!) which I really appreciated.

Wonderful way to bring in the New year!

Sampson and his family were an absolute delight to get to know! The cottage is well designed, clean, maintained and the bed is extremely comfortable! We felt very welcomed! This cute place was great!

This place was great. It was really clean, and had everything I needed and more. The space was open and delightful. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to Hurricane Milton, so was very disappointed that I could not stay the whole time. Would definitely stay again. I do recommend maybe adding a dish-drying rack, unless I just didn't see it. Thank you Samson!

So much better than a hotel!

We were visiting our daughter in the area and stayed 5 nights. The home is very clean and very quiet. I loved that the main bedroom had blackout curtains and it was dark and comfortable to sleep in. We would definitely stay again!

Golf Getaway

My husband and I went for a golf weekend
it rained the whole time we were there. Had it not been for the VRBO, we probably wouldn’t have stayed. It was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to contact and were great to deal with. We will be returning!

So glad we gave this place a try. We have never stayed in a VRBO in the same property as the owners. Everything inside is shiny & new.... flooring, paint, bed, kitchen, all of it! We will stay here again

Perfect for our extended stay!

This property was perfect for need to be in the area for one month. The guest house is super clean, roomy, and had all necessary essentials. The kitchen is equipped nicely with a variety of pots, pans, dinnerware and a large Keurig with a good selection of coffee & tea options. The desk worked well to set up my work station including 2 monitors. The guest house does sit next to the main house but we found it private and very quiet. Our small dog enjoyed walks down the dead end street with no thru traffic. The hosts were wonderful! They were available as needed while respecting our privacy. I highly recommend the property and plan to stay again soon.
