The space
The house is a large house with a beautiful living room with large glass doors that lead out to the deck. The kitchen is elegant and spacious with modern appliances. The dining area has a large table for family meals. There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful, attached master bathroom with a large bathtub and a tiled walk-in shower. It also has a very large walk in closet as well as an attached study that looks out over the deck and lake below. The second bedroom is on the same wing as the master bedroom and is near the other full bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the house, near the half bathroom. The whole house is decorated beautifully and has a welcoming, unique feel. There is a two car garage as well as ample parking in the driveway. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the Mckenzie as it flows in to Leaburg lake. There is a private hot tub for guests to enjoy. A long stairway descends from the deck down to the water, where you will have access to the dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking or docking your boat. The house is located just downriver of the EWEB boat landing, where you could put your boat in and then take it to the dock for the duration of your visit. The spacious driveway allows for boat and trailer parking. This entire place lends itself to a peaceful and serene experience!
