Communication and check in was so very simple and accommodating. The house is well stocked with any and everything you can think of. Plenty of space to gather together or have private space. The lake views was so relaxing! Most definitely will reserve again if available on our next trip. Neighbors were very nice as well!
Our family booked this property after our first property canceled on us. We were visiting for our daughterâs softball tournament at Grand Park in Westfield. We enjoyed our stay so much! It was nice to have a relaxing place to come back to after a long day on the softball field! The property manager was always quick to respond with any concerns/questions we had. Our family is already talking about booking it again for next year when we attend the same tournament. We absolutely loved our time there and wish we had more free time to spend at the house!
This is our second year staying here. Great place for our large family. We were able to do all of the things we love, paddle boarding, kayak, and fishing. Each have her own space at the end of the day .Also enjoy The foam mat for the lake
Wonderful property with multiple different areas for different groups to be together. Nice amenities to enjoy the lake both on the 3 different decks as well as toys to enjoy in the water. Great for large families who want to enjoy each other but still have some space
We try to take our whole family on a week's vacation in early summer before everyone get busy. The location on Morse Lake was great for allowing most of the family to stay in the house. Others who worked or had other commitments could come in the evenings and participate in water activities and games. Everyone had and enjoyable time.
We had an incredible long weekend stay at the Lake House. The pictures on the site did not do this place justice!! The home is 3 stories, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens!! Not to mention the views!!
Itâs house is perfect for 3-4 couples to comfortably. The neighborhood was brand peaceful. The neighbors are super friendly.
We will definitely stay here again!
Great Lake House in an awesome location. The house has 3 levels which make it great for multiple couples or families to be able to stay without constantly getting in each other's way. House is comfortable with great views of the lake and sunsets. Property manager was easy to contact, quick to respond and even let us know of a possible power outage that the power company had sent them a message about. Thankfully it didn't affect us.
We had all ages. Very fun time. Lots of stairs! So be careful about that. Very roomy garage. The bugs were alittle annoying at night. Lots of seating. The beds were comfortably too. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay here. Thank you so much. We had a wonderfully time. Trina Hines.
We loved the house. It was so clean, lots of very comfortable beds , 4 full bathrooms, and an open floor plan on the main level made it perfect to cook and be able to supervise kids. The middle level was the best family room ever, with the sectional sofa, large TV and TWO game tables for playing cards or doing a puzzle, or coloring! All the decks outside were amazing with various seating and tables, umbrellas, a grill. With three levels, we could spread out when everyone showed up. Weekends and most evenings we had a lot going on-Uno with the kids , jigsaw puzzles, watching baseball, Euchre competition, cooking or boating to Wolfies or The Boathouse, and ice cream at Alexanderâs. Took a drive into town for a special meal at â10 Westâ. The property manager made us feel right at home and quick to answer any questions. We loved our time at the lake!
Sprawling over three floors with full kitchens on the top (entry) and bottom (dock) levels, we had plenty of space for two couples and two other adults to follow their own schedules without disturbing each others sleep. The common areas on the top and middle levels allowed socializing. The kitchens were equipped with a huge array of utensils and roomy enough to accommodate multiple chefs. The walk-in closet off the master bedroom was a luxury. The view over the water was lovely and relaxing. The sunsets were dramatic.
We were the first guests of the season, so there were a few minor hiccoughs, but the property managers were very responsive . The interior stairs from level to level were a little narrower and steeper than ideal, but quite manageable.
If we return to the area with suitable group we certainly check availability of this fine establishment.
This house had just about everything you could need, right down to the Toilet Paper! It was very comfortable for our family to gather, as well as having a little quiet time apart. We knew there would be stairs. Some places we've stayed had very steep steps but these weren't so bad. Bottom level was close to the water so didn't have to carry stuff far to load a pontoon (which is available for rent at the marina)! The neighbors were friendly too.
The only thing I would change is a regular coffee maker on main floor. I read about the Keurig in the listing so I packed my spare Mr. Coffee 12 cup so everyone could have a cup at the same time. But if traveling by air, that is not practical. An outdoor garden hose would have come in handy for the fishermen in the family.
All said, this was a great place to play on the Lake! Thank you
This lovely home on The Morse Reservoir is such a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake after enjoying all of the amenities of Grand Park (only 20 minutes away) and Indianapolis (only 30 minutes away). The town of Cicero has great restaurants, golf courses, and many parks along the shore of the reservoir.
