Our experience with this property was excellent in all aspects. The attention to detail at the property exceeded expectations. Everything that was needed for the stay was provided, with a few extra well appreciated treats also thrown in! The property was in excellent condition and very updated. We especially appreciated how nice the bathrooms were. We had five adults during our stay and were very comfortable with plenty of space. All communications were timely, accurate and the perfect level of detail. It was a great stay and would love a return visit in the future.

Wonderful stay! Our group had a great experience at this Rochester property. The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and check-in was smooth and seamless. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches—fresh fruit and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a nice welcome. The host even made sure the grill was stocked with propane ahead of time so we could use it right away. The showers were comfortable with solid water pressure, which is always a plus.Overall, a well-prepared and welcoming place. We’d happily stay again!

We had a 5 star stay! Visited Rochester for a wedding, stayed here with our children and grandchildren and loved it. Easy walk to restaurants, don’t miss Pittsford Dairy for ice cream. We found a few playgrounds close by for our grandchildren. The home was very clean and nicely appointed, everything we needed to dine in a few nights. Communication with Tim was excellent. Great stay!

Everything was amazing, the accommodations were spotless the extra finishing touches such as snacks, coffee and wine were so thoughtful. My only comment is that the driveway is narrow due to the house next door being quite close, so if you have a larger car, you may want to take that into account, but I easily found parking on the street.

4 Alvin Place was the perfect home base for our trip to Rochester. There were five of us who stayed, and it felt cozy and spacious at the same time. The check in process was flawless, and we were not burdened with a bunch of chores to do upon check out. Timothy, the host, was responsive and took care of everything. The house was clean, and the kitchen was very well appointed. Random, but the water pressure was incredible as well. We all were very happy with this house, and would recommend it to others!

This was a great place to stay while we visited our son at RIT! The house was clean and generously supplied with coffee pods, a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, a meat and cheese tray, drinks and snacks! Tim was very responsive to any questions and check in and out was very easy. The bedding was so nice I bought the same sheets to have at my house! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Host (Tim) was very attentive and responded quickly. House is cozy. Plenty of room. A little cold the first day but there was an arctic blast moving through and once heat was increased it was very comfortable. Bath mats would be helpful on the tile floors. Great location and easy access to restaurants. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Tim!
