The name says it all! Perched above a barn on an enchanting organic farm, you will be surrounded by scenic beauty in the delightful landscape.
The thing that makes this property so special is its location. Driving to this home brings you through beautiful farm land with expansive fields and breathtaking views of Lookout Mountain. Once on the property, you will pass a beautiful lake, horses grazing in a field, and at the top of the property, you will find your little nest from which you overlook the farm and look up to Lookout Mountain.
In the mornings, you can watch the sunrise over Lookout Mountain and in the evenings, you can watch the moon rise from the large picture windows in the living room. This modern living space features beautiful views, a comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, and TV equipped with Roku. Downstairs, there is an outdoor sitting area for grilling or snuggling on the porch swing.
When it is time for sleep, our 680 thread count cotton sheets will be sure to help you have a wonderful nights sleep.
Located just outside of Chattanooga, this house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Wildwood, GA. Surrounded by farmland and forest, this house is located on a magical organic farm. This property gives you the best of both worlds for your trip. You can be in Chattanooga in just minutes, yet have the quiet escape you need for a restful vacation.
Guests have full access to the Peaceful Perch during their stay. The home is equipped with a smart lock and each guest has their own unique code.
GUEST COUNT
The Peaceful Perch can accommodate a maximum of two (2) guests per stay. We apologize for any inconvenience, but there are no exceptions. In addition, the primary responsible renter must be at least 25 years old.
PETS
Pets are not permitted at the Peaceful Perch due to our home being located on a farm and near other animals. We do not want to put any animals at risk.
SMOKING
To keep our home fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected or any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.
PARTIES & EVENTS
Parties and events are not allowed at the peaceful perch. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking.

The most peaceful, pleasant, clean quiet place. We will definitely stay here again. Had a wonderful time hiking in the woods. If you’re looking for something peaceful and quiet, this is where you need to go. They also had everything we could possibly need available. Excellent experience.

The Peaceful Perch truly lived up to its name! The drive to there was beautiful and out in the country yet close to everywhere we wanted to go like: downtown Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain and Rock City. I wish we could have stayed longer to walk the trails behind the house and experience more of the grounds but our stay was short.

This was the perfect cabin for our mountain getaway! We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the property was. We loved having breakfast on the porch and building a fire at night. We will definitely be back!

Very unique and quite place in the mountain with great view. Stars at night are amazing. Parking was perfect. Location is amazing. It is on stilts so only 2 people should stay there, maybe an extra person would be ok but 2 it is perfect for 2. It has 2 AC minisplit units that work well. Very good layout. The deck is large and has a view of the forest trails which are on the property. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, well appointed home. Back porch overlooking wooded area with hiking trails. Had everything we needed and was within easy driving distance of Chattanooga. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Peaceful
The Peaceful Perch was just that--Peaceful. The property was beautiful and quiet--very relaxing. The cabin itself was immaculately clean--a wonderful getaway spot from the stress of life.

Quiet and Peaceful
We wanted a few days of quiet within easy travel of several activities in the area. This fit the bill. The trails behind the property were enjoyable as was the view from the picture windows and the back porch. Would stay there again!

quiet and cozy
Quiet location far from most everything. Everything you need for your stay is at the getaway. No traffic noises, airplanes or other people. Very quiet, safe and peaceful. Excellent place for solitude.

The perfect peaceful perch
We had a great stay . It was clean , quite , beautiful. We sat outside with butterflies , birds , bunny rabbits , and a young deer and his Mother . All on a beautiful farm community.

Great escape
A great nature vibe. Peaceful and out of the way. Also very close to food, attrations. We enjoyed the property very much. Building a fire each night while sitting on the porch swing was so relaxing. I recommend this property to anyone.

Very relaxing
We had a wonderful time at the Peaceful Perch! The location was great for all the activities we had planned, with everything being within a 25 minute drive. There is plenty of hiking in the area, as well as lots to explore in downtown Chattanooga. The cabin had everything we needed to cook a full dinner each night. Owen was very helpful with sending out directions and the check-in/check-out processes. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay here to celebrate our 11 year anniversary!! It was such a quiet, cute, and clean space! We enjoyed the large front window and the back porch watching deer pass through the woods at night and the squirrels in the morning. The home had books for us to explore, plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Fresh filtered water when we arrived. Definitely a perfect spot to name the Peaceful Perch!

Perfect getaway location for 2
Peaceful Perch was just what we were looking for. It's location was perfect- out on a farm but close to all the attractions and downtown. It's very quiet and relaxing. The home had everything needed to prepare a meal--pots, pans, utensils, etc. We saw lots of deer on the property which was a treat. My only issue was the bed mattress was very very firm. For us this made it pretty uncomfortable, but if you like a firm mattress, it would be perfect for you. The pillows, on the other hand, were extremely soft and comfortable. The porch facing the wooded area was nice and so was the view from the large windows in the front.
