Quiet neighborhood

Perfect little apartment for me and my adult son. Very spacious and just right for a small group. Reasonably priced and not too far from the falls. We plan on going again and renting same place! Thank you for your accommodations.

Very comfortable, enjoyable stay. It more than satisfied our needs. We ate most of our meals there. The kitchen was sufficient. As for the pitter patter of little feet over us, that was part of the charm.

Exactly as advertised

This place was exactly as advertised. It was v ry spacious ans clean. Things that stood out to me was the work space. Although i did not use it having that option would make it a place to stay in the future. Somw reviews mentioned not heing able to sleep in due to noise. Either we had a lucky visit, or it just wasnt bad, or we sleep too hard but that didnt effect us. We honestly maybe heard the baby once. Tgis olace was very affordable, the experience was amazing and if we are ever in the area again we will book here.

track meet and a crying baby

The room was fine, but heavy walking upstairs kept us from sleeping and at 6 am, the same track meet upstairs resumed. Then the baby was crying just on the other side of the door about 630am. The bedroom window was open, off the track, and completely unable to secure. Beds were decent.

Love the hospitality cozy queint, near transportation to everywhere..... Enjoyed the books n Tea... The Bar w lights is the highlight even doe I don't drink... lol... It could be cleaner, wifi didn't work, Toilet was clogged.... I had no # to contact person... Other then that ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND..

The property was decent and clean. Big backyard. The only issues I had was that the outside walkway to entry was gravel rocks - couldn't roll my luggage to entry. The other issue I experienced was person 'heavy' walking above my head, while I slept/tried to go back to sleep between 6am - 8am. URGH! That was so annoying! Really was looking forward to sleeping in while vacationing. 🙄. But I have to admit the property was decent and I would only rent again if hotels are not available or hotels' are too high in price - only because of the inconvenience of the noise level above my head. 😬
