The modern luxe is exactly as pictured online and looks even better in person. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Very close to campus and the neighborhood was very quiet in off season. Highly recommend!
We loved this rental. It is close to campus and is up to date and great for a few couples to rent fore the weekend. The bedrooms are spacious and have great beds and bedding. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the outside space is super nice too. Kitchen is stocked with nice pots and pans and barware. There are also 3 parking spots. We loved it and hope to rent the spot again next year. It was a great unit!!
The rental was beautiful. Very clean and looked as advertised. BUT when my family's flights were cancelled and I tried to extend their stay I found it difficult to get straight answers. I was also hit with the news that the price I originally rented the place for was incorrect and if my family was to continue to stay in the rental I would have to pay the "real price" which was almost 3 times the amount I originally paid per night. There was no correspondance with me regarding an accidental price change prior to this.
If not for the lag in communication with management/owners both when I needed to adjust my stay and regarding the price point and the price gouging in a time of need for my family, I would give the rental 5 stars.
