Experience the heart of Auburn from this stylish 2nd-floor Courtyard Condo, just off W. Magnolia Avenue. Perfect for game weekends, campus visits, graduations, or family getaways, this home places you minutes from Toomer’s Corner, Auburn University, and Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Inside, the condo blends modern Southern charm with everyday comfort. The living room has a chaise lounge, leather chair, and a 55” smart TV—perfect for gathering to watch the big game or streaming your favorite shows. All TVs in the unit are smart TVs with the most popular apps already installed, so you can easily log into your own accounts and enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or whichever platform you love.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with stone countertops, warm wood cabinetry, and updated appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. For your morning coffee, you’ll find both a Keurig with starter pods and a classic drip coffee maker. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or cooking a full dinner, the kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home.
On the main floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom with blackout shades, its own mounted smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the spacious loft, where two additional queen beds and another en-suite bathroom offer plenty of room for family or friends. There’s even a sofa bed in the living room for extra flexibility, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Thoughtful touches throughout include cozy baskets with blankets and games upstairs, bathroom essentials, and complimentary starter items so you can settle in and feel right at home.
Parking is simple and stress-free with two parking passes included. Guests may park in any available space in the lot as long as the pass is displayed. The passes are attached to sunshades for your convenience—please place the sunshade on your dashboard during your stay and return both sunshades to the kitchen counter at checkout. A $250 replacement fee applies for any unreturned parking pass. Check-in is easy with a secure keypad at the door.
From here, you can walk to Auburn’s favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, or stroll straight to campus and the stadium. It’s a comfortable, central, and well-appointed space designed to make your Auburn stay unforgettable.

1. Pets & Smoking
* No pets are permitted.
* No smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana is permitted on the premises. This includes the interior of the home, patios, balconies, garages, doorways, and all outdoor areas. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning and damage fees.
2. Quiet Hours
* Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
* Please keep noise at a level that respects neighbors at all times, especially outdoors or on patios.
3. No Parties or Events
* This home is for rest, relaxation, and small gatherings within your group—not parties or large events.
A “party” is defined as any gathering that:
- Exceeds the occupancy limit,
- Creates excessive noise,
- Triggers complaints from neighbors or HOA, or
- Requires law enforcement intervention.
Violations may result in:
- A $500 fine,
- Immediate termination of the stay with no refund, and
- Liability for damages, cleaning, or lost revenue if future bookings must be canceled.
4. HOA & Neighbor Awareness
* The property is located in an HOA community. Both the HOA and neighbors actively monitor:
- Parking limits and vehicle counts,
- Guest occupancy, and
- Noise or gatherings.
**Reports of violations may result in HOA fines, involvement of local authorities, or immediate termination of stay.**
Please help us maintain great relationships in the community by respecting these rules.
5. General Neighbor Courtesy
* Please park only in approved areas, avoid blocking driveways, and keep outdoor activity respectful.
6. Parking Pass: Parking at the property is by permit only. You can park in any available space in the parking lot. There are 2 parking passes assigned to this unit and they will be left in the kitchen attached to sun shades for your vehicle`s window. Please place the sunshade on your dashboard of your car with the parking pass visible. DO NOT REMOVE THE PARKING PASS FROM THE SUN SHADE. Be sure to return the sunshade to the kitchen when you check out. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WITH THE PARKING PASS OR SUN SHADE. A FEE OF $250 WILL BE CHARGED FOR A LOST OR TAKEN PARKING PASS.
