Downtown historic Loveland is only a 5 block walk away. From art and activity to great food and sweet treats, Loveland's Historic District has it all!

Spend the day exploring the restaurants, specialty retail stores, parks, Little Miami River, the art galleries, farmer market and more. Biking along the Loveland Bike Trail and canoeing along the Little Miami River are very popular activities.

The Little Miami Bike Trail runs through Historic Downtown parallel to the Little Miami River. This make Loveland a hot spot for outdoor activities. And if you need a break, West Loveland Avenue has a host of niche stores for you to enjoy.

The house was great. Plenty of room to relax and watch TV, clear of tchotchkes, nice kitchen to all sit and snack, shops, stores, restaurants and fast food all nearby. We walked the neighborhood and found a park nearby to walk at. Our host made sure we had coffee and creamer which was vey nice. Loveland was a great place.

This is a delightful cottage in a quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. It was perfect for us. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Our host was friendly and professional-communicating with us readily and helpfully.

Ideal location near Historic district of Loveland. We were able to take lovely walks to the scenic Miami bike trail. The house had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to questions.

We had a great stay with no complaints. Good communication from booking through checkout with accurate and helpful property details. Extremely clean home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
