The Villa Potrero estate consists of a large main house comprising 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms, 1 full kitchen and 2 kitchenettes. The home may be rented in whole to accommodate up 18 guests or the home can be rented as a 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom separately - please inquire if one or another of these configurations is of interest to you. This listing is for the entire 7 bedroom home. The 4 bedroom guest suite and 3 bedroom guest suite can be reserved separately, inquire if either of these options is of interest to you. Villa Potrero is in a beach community within walking distance of several great restaurants such as Hemmingway’s, Nita Coffee, Cerveceria Independiente (Brewery), La Forketta, MerKdo (Grocery) and the sailing center.
