You arrive at The Junction on 6 and pull into your reserved parking space. When you approach the door, you enter your unique code and walk into a comfortable climate-controlled stay. With quick access to Hwy 6 and Texas Ave, all College Station is near.

Safety is a top priority for us during your visit! As such we have installed security Ring cameras on the exterior of the property

âș PARTY POLICY:
We strictly enforce our NO PARTY rule. If you are looking to host any type of large "event" or "gathering" please do not even request to book. A violation of this type will be penalized with a $500 fine and immediate termination of the stay!

âș NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OVERNIGHT:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please note that we do charge an additional fee per person that stays in the property overnight (12 AM). This is automatically calculated upon booking so please confirm the correct amount of guests are disclosed. Failure to do so will result in a penalty rate of $50 per person per night.

âșEARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
We understand that our guests may have specific travel schedules, and we strive to accommodate requests for early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible. However, please note that these requests are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee approval for all early check-in or late check-out requests, as our primary focus is ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If approved, additional fees may apply based on the requested time and the impact on our cleaning and maintenance schedules. These fees will be communicated to you before confirmation.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our check-in and check-out times, as they allow us to maintain the high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all of our guests. Please note that if you do not request an early check-in time and try to access the property before the designated check-in time, it is likely that the property will not be prepared for your arrival. Additionally, if you do not request a late check-out and you stay beyond the designated check-out time, you will be charged for an additional night at the market rate for the property.

No refunds will be given for allergy reactions caused by pet dander.

Please note that our homes are professionally treated for pests, and we have access to additional pest control services as needed. Despite these measures, bugs and pests are a natural part of the Texas landscape. Should you encounter any pests or bugs during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can contact pest control to address the situation promptly.

We understand that encountering pests can be unpleasant, but please be aware that no refunds will be given for the presence of bugs or pests, as they are an unavoidable aspect of the local environment. The home is equipped with a keypad on the front door. The code generated for you will be unique for your stay and no one else will be given this code. Please do not share your code with unapproved guests

Two reserved parking spots in the driveway between the property and Texas Avenue Baptist Church. Additional street parking available on Treehouse Trl, which can accommodate larger vehicles and trailers.


Guest access

You'll have access to the entire apartment home! The only thing we wish to mention is that we do have 1 locked closet upstairs and 1 locked closet downstairs that is for our supplies. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests!

We have free reserved parking in the rear of the building. You will have two reserved spaces for you and your party.

You may park in the front, street parking, however the walking distance is much further making luggage transfer more difficult than the reserved parking.

The place was easy to get to. It had nice new carpet upstairs. Some extra attention to details could enhance this property.

Easy Comfortable Stay

This property was perfect for our short stay in College Station. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The kitchen and bathroom were very dark and were not as clean as expected. The microwave was dirty. A little TLC, better light and fresh paint would be a welcome improvement. The cleaning staff should be monitored. The stairs are very steep and there was no handrail. This should be corrected. Overall it was nice and convenient for a short stay.

Great place for quick stay

Great place close to everything, and easy check-in/check-out process. A bit noisy, especially at night, with highway in close proximity, but nothing a little white-noise couldn’t handle. Would definitely book again.
