We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

The living room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, bright windows, a large closet, and a stylish sofa. Should you require an additional bed, the sofa sleeper converts to full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). The living room is also equipped with a 50" flat screen, 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $295, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

One of the most striking characteristics of this property is how clean it is. The place was spotless when we checked in. Also, the local restaurant and business guide provided by the host is very helpful. This is a great rental for a couple or a small family of 4 or less. Definitely worth looking at if you plan to be in the Tower Grove area of St. Louis.

The location was great. Everything comfortable and roomy. Well stocked. The only thing that I found negative was an offer to pay for early entry or late checkout. If this can be offered by the host, it should not be charged extra for.

Stayed only one night for a law school graduation. The apartment was clean and had properly locking doors. The bed was hard as a rock. Zero give, and my spouse and I both had aching shoulders and backs the next day. The biggest issue, something I have NEVER in years of VRBO rentals had to do, was submit not only my photo ID but also an additional selfie to get access to the unit. This was NOT disclosed in the listing (only said you MAY need to provide additional ID), and was incredibly intrusive and creepy. I would not rent from this owner again simply because of that. Keep communication and rules within the VRBO app. Safer for everyone.

A perfect cozy apartment in the heart of a great neighborhood! Coffee shop across the street, a big, beautiful park a block away that had a farmers market and concerts. Comfortable furniture and a large kitchen made my month long stay ideal. Highly recommend!

The location was great. It is a well maintained and cleaned unit in an old building. Everything went well.
I tend to worry about old pipes so the Brita filter in the fridge was a great extra to ease my.
The bed was a firm memory foam that was a great change compared to the too soft mattresses that are more common.

Affordable 1-bedroom close to Tower Grove Park
Enjoyed my stay in the Tower Grove neighborhood. Apartment had all I needed for 6 day stay and was conveniently located to visit family in other parts of St. Louis. Enjoyed the local coffee shop on the same block, walking in Tower Grove park, visiting the nearby Botanical Gardens, and walking over to restaurants on Grand and Morgan Ford.

No coffee filters, front door and lock box took multiple attempts, no coffee. while packing up the car, I couldnt get back in because the code no longer worked, squeaky faucet in the bathroom. Check-in was frustrating. Their system asked for my driver's license and a photo taken contemporaneously but, because I don't look like my driver's license photo, it couldn't authenticate me. After multiple attempts, I was able to get them to bypass the system. Communication was good but process was bad.The place is barely furnished. On arrival for a 2 week stay, I found a total of 2 forks, 3 spoons, and 3 knives. There was only one bath towel. The bed cover was whisper thin even though it was February. I've never had to ask for anything to be brought to a rental before but I needed a flatware, towels, and some blankets. The employee who brought them was very nice and apologetic. The unit is not high-end. Paint was peeling off the bathtub, a dining chair was broken, and the mattress was some kind of foam (not normal memory foam) that created a sink hole where I slept. From a safety standpoint, the top third of the front door is a glass window with a see-through curtain. The door also has a very large crack running down the middle (you can see light through it).
