This unit offers a King bed in the Master bedroom upstairs and a Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. The second upstairs bedroom contains 2 twin beds. It is a 2-story space with workstations available in the living area and the second upstairs room. Additionally, there's a dining table and two delightful patios, one on each floor.
The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet, while there are two bathrooms upstairs. The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom includes a tub-shower combo.
Experience proximity to various amenities and attractions when you choose this centrally-located residence, situated on the border of Grand Prairie and Arlington and conveniently positioned near the intersection of Hwy 360 and Hwy 30.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
