Welcome to 1613 Live Oak Park, a charming villa intersecting coastal relaxation and modern luxury. Located across the street from the Lake House Area of gated Seabrook Island, South Carolina, this villa is near the marina, tennis, equestrian center, Freshfields Village and only a short drive to the Seabrook Island Club, the beach, and Kiawah Island. 
The owner of this property has chosen to INCLUDE amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club at no additional cost.
This delightful two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat with a sunroom with sofa sleeper accommodates up to six guests and your well-behaved dogs (pet fee applies). Guests enter to a private, enclosed deck area overlooking the acclaimed Seabrook Island Racquet Club courts (also home of the Alan Fleming Tournament). Eat dinner outside at the outdoor dining table or enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail outside on the chaise lounge.
Inside the property, an air-conditioned sunroom leads to a bright, open space floor plan. The villa features crisp white paint, earth-tone furnishings, and hardwood flooring throughout. A washer and dryer are also located off the hallway for the convenience of guests.

Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As SBI is a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. As of this year, for weeklong stays, each vehicle is subject to a $45 gate pass fee. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited.
CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
