Great family beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great family trip with 4 adults and two toddlers. Enjoyed slow mornings watching golf from the back porch and easy access to the bike/walking trail from the golf cart path behind the house. The house fit the family comfortably and served as a great home base to everything Kiawah has to offer.

We loved our stay here with our 2 dogs. The house sits on the fairway of hole 10 at Cougar Point. We sat out in the screened patio every evening watching the golfers come through. The house is very close to everything and easy access from the parkway. We thought we might hear the traffic but it was very quiet. We took the dogs for walks in the neighborhood and loved having the island paved trail just across the street for bikes. Beach access is very close to walk to or drive. The host was great to respond when we had questions and the check-in process was easy. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Beautiful Golf Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property for the price point. Absolutely fabulous golf views. Roomy. Clean. LR furniture comfortable. My only recommendation would be the addition of 3 to 4inch matress toppers on beds as affordable option to make beds much more comfortable. Beds were OK for a few days but by day 4 back started feeling it. We've been visiting Kiawah for 20 years, staying in a variety of homes/condos & we would stay here again which is saying something about the value.

Great stay with my family (including the fur babies)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay on Kiawah. It was great to find a rental that would accept our two pups (60 pounds each) and for a reasonable pet fee. The house was modest but clean and comfortable. The rental company was extremely easy to work with and rates were also reasonable...plus the gear credit made this a no-brainer! They even gave me a discount for being a nurse. We will definitely book with them again!
