Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private three-bedroom home features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and living room with 60" Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 60" Smart TV, laundry area, fenced-in backyard with dining furniture, BBQ grill, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

*The garage is not available for guest use.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. The home is very comfortable and conveniently located if you're staying in Buckeye. My only negative is that the back yard is not welcoming at all. It was too hot to be out there during our stay, but we wouldn't have wanted to spend time out there uf we could have!

The location was good for me. Very southwest end of Buckeye. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. The host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The furniture is pretty cheap and not real comfortable but if you are not spending much time there like I didn’t you should be OK. All in all it was pretty decent, just don’t expect luxury.

The home had a musty smell we had to buy some Lysol the home did not seem very clean some items in the kitchen are very poor condition overall everything was fine

In need of TLC and owners attention

Everything was in disrepair. The tv didnt work, the kitchn light switch was broken, the propane tank on the bbq was empty, the kitchen faucet hot and cold were backwards, microwave light didnt work, clothes dryer didnt work, the garage was locked and inaccessible

The dryer has been replaced since your stay, as it was malfunctioning. We also checked the kitchen faucet and light switch, and everything is working as expected.
