The deck is very nice, large, and has a great view of the water. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our host was very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early.

This cozy rental felt like a cottage perched on the edge of a serene lake. The expansive deck/hot tub made for great watercraft viewing, lovely mornings, and gorgeous sunsets! Well stocked, with fresh, clean linens.

All around excellent!! Clean, Pet friendly. Highly Recommended.However, if you plan on cooking, especially sautéing foods, you might wish to bring your own pans, unless you like old, scratched up nonstick pans.

Clean home, it was such a great find, to have our dogs with us at this very special spot on the lake, the owner steve is very friendly and easy to talk to , will definitely stay again!!

Relaxing get away

This was a great, quiet & relaxing getaway for my new husband and I. Some much needed r&r after our wedding. We had a great time and my husband got to enjoy fishing every morning. We also took our dogs with us. We had a great time & would love to come back again! Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing view of the water and fun place to stay

This unit was one of the best on the island! The back deck is amazing and the water views cannot be beat. Great location and the golf cart was a lot of fun driving around the island with our pups. Steve as a great host and check in was flawless We will be back!

Amazing Views

First time to Lake Havasu and could not be more impressed with our stay. Booking and communication went smoothly with no issues. The location and accommodations were perfect for my wife and I. Right on the lake, beautiful sun sets and sun rises! Crystal clear water and just a short drive or Uber from anything. Ready to be back already!

So relaxing and beautiful

It was amazing being right on the water! We woke up every morning to watch the sun rise while we soaked and read in the hot tub. We paddleboarded right off the shore (brought our paddleboards from home). On top of that our dog was in absolute heaven! Quiet neighborhood, quieter part of the lake but still super close to all the action at the same time. I have no complaints, it was a perfect stay for us.

Beautiful place a little smaller then iit looked and there’s no way you can sleep 5 people unless you have some sleep outside but the deck is huge way bigger then the house. But, you can sleep 2 comfortably.

The Deck is Amazing!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here...the deck is absolutely amazing - the lights, jacuzzi, furniture, views, stars - when we weren't out on the water, we spent the majority of our time on the deck! We had everything we needed inside and out...We really love staying at Sam's Beachcomber Resort, and Steven was an awesome host - he was very responsive and we enjoyed the hospitality and would love to visit again! Thanks again!

I rated this property as I did because we know the owner is hard at work with improvements. It has been a great experience working with the owner and was always reachable when we had a question. Great place to be if you want to be on the water with wonderful neighbors! Our hopes are to return next spring! Thank you Steve and can’t wait to see it again soon!

Amazing location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. Everything was just as it should be. Fixtures were largely new, or near new. Bedroom very comfortable, and massive TV to boot. Although my wife and I didn’t use it, the outdoor hot tub was spacious, very clean and well maintained. Partial carport is appreciated to keep the sun off the car. The deck overlooking the river is sensational. Outdoor furniture was excellent---and where we spent much of our time. The Resort itself is also very friendly. A stay here can also access a Resort slip for a boat which would make things convenient, but the owners are best to ask about this.
